Description
そこで、フロンガスを利用しない技術として、特開平11−293027号公報があり、この公報に記載されたポリウレタンフォームの製造方法は、ヘッドレストやアームレスト等の表皮一体発泡成形品の製造に利用される。
この製造方法に適用される製造装置では、三つの貯留槽が利用され、第一貯留槽には、ポリウレタン樹脂の製造のための一方の原材料であるポリイソシアネートを主成分とする液状原料が貯留される。第二貯留槽には、ポリウレタン樹脂の製造のためのもう一方の原材料であるポリオールを主成分とする液状原料が貯留される。第三貯留槽には、主成分であるポリオールおよび有機金属系触媒、発泡剤その他の副材の含有率が上記第二原料と同等となるように調製された液状原料(但し、第3級アミン系触媒は添加しない。)を当該第三貯留槽に連通する供給管を介して供給する。ここで、第三貯留槽にはガスローディング装置が装備されており、第三貯留槽に貯留する原料に炭酸ガスをほぼ飽和状態に至る程度にまで混合することができる。
そして、第一貯留槽、第二貯留槽および第三貯留槽からそれぞれ所定の流量で各給液管を介してミキシングヘッドの混合室に各々別個に供給する。而して、当該混合室内に高圧で噴出されて瞬時に攪拌混合された混合原料をそのままミキシングヘッド先端部に設けられた放出口から外部(例えば成形型内)に放出する。その後、放出された混合原料中のポリオール成分とポリイソシアネート成分との重合反応(重付加反応)が泡化反応とともに開始されるため、当該混合原料から所望する形状のポリウレタンフォームが生成される。
イソシアネートを主成分とする第2の原料と前記炭酸ガス混入液とを高圧発泡機内で衝突混合させてウレタン発泡させる第2の工程と、
前記第2の行程により生成されたウレタン発泡剤を、表皮一体発泡成形品の表皮内に加圧状態で注入する第3の工程と、を備えたことを特徴とする。
イソシアネートを主成分とする第2の原料と前記炭酸ガス混入液とを高圧発泡機内で衝突混合させてウレタン発泡させる第2の工程と、
前記第2の行程により生成されたウレタン発泡剤を、表皮一体発泡成形品の表皮内に加圧状態で注入する第3の工程と、を備え、前記第3の工程は、縫製により成形された表皮を成形金型内にセットし、前記表皮内に前記ウレタン発泡剤を注入する。
Claims (5)
- ポリオールを主成分とする第1の原料に圧力を加えながら、強制的に攪拌することなく炭酸ガスを溶かして炭酸ガス混入液を生成する第1の工程と、
イソシアネートを主成分とする第2の原料と前記炭酸ガス混入液とを高圧発泡機内で衝突混合させてウレタン発泡させる第2の工程と、
前記第2の行程により生成されたウレタン発泡剤を、表皮一体発泡成形品の表皮内に加圧状態で注入する第3の工程と、を備え、前記第3の工程は、縫製により成形された表皮を成形金型内にセットし、前記表皮内に前記ウレタン発泡剤を注入することを特徴とする表皮一体発泡成形品の製造方法。 - 前記表皮は、ヘッドレスト又はアームレストの表皮である請求項1記載の表皮一体発泡成形品の製造方法。
- 前記表皮は、車載用工業製品として利用される表皮である請求項2記載の表皮一体発泡成形品の製造方法。
- 炭酸ガスの溶け込み量を0.2〜2%に制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の表皮一体発泡成形品の製造方法。
- 前記第1の原料に3〜10Mpaの圧力を加えながら前記炭酸ガスと溶かすことを特徴とする請求項1記載の表皮一体発泡成形品の製造方法。
