Description
図1Aには、第1の実施形態である非接触充電装置のブロックが示されている。同図において、1は非接触充電装置であり、101はNFCなどの無線通信部、102は制御回路、103は非接触電力送電部、104、105は整合回路、106は抑制回路、107は無線通信感度の改善を行う感度調整回路(以下調整回路と称することもある)、110は送電アンテナ部である。送電アンテナ部110は、無線通信用アンテナのコイル111、共鳴コイル112、給電アンテナ用のコイル113(破線で示してある)、共振容量114を有している。特に制限されないが、無線通信部101および非接触電力送電部103のそれぞれは、1つの半導体チップに形成されている。
図2Aには、第2の実施の形態に係わる非接触充電装置のブロック図が示されている。図2Aにおいて、図1Aと同じ部分については、同一の符号を付してあり、同じ部分についての説明は省略し、異なる部分についてのみ説明をする。
図3には、第3の実施の形態に係わる非接触充電装置のブロック図が示されている。同図において、先に説明した図1および図2と同じ部分については、同一の符号を付してあり、同じ部分についての説明は省略し、異なる部分についてのみ説明をする。

Claims (4)
- 携帯端末装置との間でデータ伝送および上記携帯端末装置へ電力の供給を行い、上記データ伝送と上記電力の供給は排他的に行われる非接触充電装置であって、
データ伝送を行う無線通信部と、
上記無線通信部に結合され、上記データ伝送に用いられる無線通信用アンテナコイルと、
給電コイルと、
共鳴コイルと、
を有し、
上記共鳴コイルと上記無線通信用アンテナコイルは、同一の平面上に形成され、
上記給電コイルは、上記平面とは異なり上記平面と平行した別の平面上に形成され、当該別の平面に対し垂直方向に見て、上記共鳴コイルと重なるように形成され、
上記データ伝送は、上記無線通信用アンテナコイルから上記共鳴コイルを介しても行われ、
上記電力の供給は、上記給電コイルからの磁束が上記共鳴コイルと結合し強められ行われ、
上記携帯端末装置へ電力を供給する際に、上記共鳴コイルを介し上記無線通信用アンテナコイルにも誘導された信号が上記無線通信部へ伝達するのを抑制する抑制回路をさらに有する、
非接触充電装置。 - 上記共鳴コイルは、上記無線通信用アンテナコイルの内側に配置されている請求項1の非接触充電装置。
- 上記無線通信用アンテナコイルは、上記共鳴コイルの内側に配置されている請求項1の非接触充電装置。
- 上記共鳴コイルに接続された可変容量回路を有し、共鳴コイルと可変容量回路とによる共振周波数が、上記データ伝送の際と上記電力の供給の際とで変更される請求項1から3のいずれかの非接触充電装置。
