Claims (15)
- 繊維を金属で被覆するための方法であって、繊維が、溶融液体状の金属を通して引かれて溶融液体状の金属で被覆され、溶融液体状の金属は、「浮遊」式坩堝内に保持され、「浮遊」式坩堝は、溶融液体状の金属と坩堝との接触を少なくとも部分的に取り除き、溶融液体状の金属に、金属粉体によって該溶融液体状の金属と同じ金属が供給され、金属粉体は溶融液体状の金属の金属粉体供給ゾーンに供給され、浮遊された溶融液体状の金属が、溶融液体状の金属中に供給された金属粉体が溶融液体状の金属の内部に向けて引っ張られるように電磁気的に攪拌される、方法。
- 金属粉体の供給が、該金属粉体が振動プレートによって溶融液体状の金属中に注がれることによってなされる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 金属粉体が粉体容器から振動プレートの上に流れ、振動プレートから溶融液体状の金属中に注がれる金属粉体の流量が、粉体容器と振動プレートの間の高さによって、および振動プレートの振動数によって調節される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 金属粉体供給が、連続的である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 溶融液体状の金属の複数の金属粉体供給ゾーンに金属粉体が供給される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属粉体が重力によって溶融液体状の金属に供給される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 繊維が、セラミック繊維である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属が、チタン合金である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 繊維を金属で被覆する装置であって、坩堝を含む繊維被覆モジュールを含み、繊維が、溶融液体状の金属を通して引かれて、溶融液体状の金属で被覆され、溶融液体状の金属は、電磁誘導器により「浮遊」式坩堝内に保持され、「浮遊」式坩堝は、溶融液体状の金属と坩堝との接触を少なくとも部分的に取り除き、装置が、また、溶融液体状の金属中に金属粉体によって該溶融液体状の金属と同じ金属を供給するための粉体供給モジュールを含み、金属粉体は溶融液体状の金属の金属粉体供給ゾーンに供給され、前記電磁誘導器が、浮遊された溶融液体状の金属を、溶融液体状の金属中に供給された金属粉体が溶融液体状の金属の内部に向けて引っ張られるように攪拌するように構成される、装置。
- 粉体供給モジュールが、溶融液体状の金属中に金属粉体を注ぐための振動プレートを有する少なくとも1つの粉体ディスペンサを含む、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 粉体ディスペンサが、金属粉体を振動プレートに供給するための少なくとも1つの粉体容器を含む、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 粉体ディスペンサが、金属粉体を溶融液体状の金属の複数の金属粉体供給ゾーンに供給する、請求項10または11に記載の装置。
- 粉体ディスペンサが、粉体容器と、振動プレートに金属粉体を供給するためのチューブとを含み、
