Description
40g/mm以上であることが好ましく、60g/mm以上であることがより好ましい。なお、この第1の層21と導体との密着力は、絶縁皮膜と導体との180°剥離試験を行い、測定される値である。
80〜120μmとすることが好ましい。このような厚みとすることで、部分放電開始電圧1000V以上を達成することができる。
攪拌機、窒素流入管および加熱冷却装置を備えたフラスコ内に、イソシアネート成分として2,4’−MDIと4,4’−MDIの混合物、およびダイマー酸ジイソシアネート(DDI)、酸成分としてトリメリット酸無水物、並びに溶媒としてN−メチル−2−ピロリドンを投入し、窒素雰囲気下で攪拌しながら常温から140℃まで2時間かけて昇温させ、この温度で3時間反応させた後、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)で希釈し、常温まで冷却させ、不揮発分30.0質量%の高可とう性ポリアミドイミド樹脂ワニスを得た。なお、不揮発分は、JIS C 2351にて測定した値である。
(実施例1)
平角銅導体上に、密着性向上剤を含有しないポリイミド樹脂ワニス(東レ(株)製 商品名 トレニース#3000;PI−1と表記)を塗布し焼付けて11μm厚の皮膜(第1層)を形成し、次いで、この第1層上に上記高可とう性ポリアミドイミド樹脂ワニス(高可とう性PAIと表記)を塗布し焼付けて77μm厚の皮膜(第2層)を形成し、さらに、この第2層上に、第1層と同じポリイミド樹脂ワニス(PI−1)を塗布し焼付けて22μm厚の皮膜(第3層)を形成し、厚さ1.6mm、幅2.4mmの絶縁電線を得た。
導体、第1層〜第3層の皮膜厚、および/または第1層もしくは第3層の形成材料を変えた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、表1に示す構成、寸法の絶縁電線を得た。なお、実施例5および実施例7でそれぞれ第1層および第3層の形成に使用した材料は、密着性向上剤を含有しないポリイミド樹脂ワニスのUワニスA(宇部興産(株)製 商品名;PI−2と表記)である。また、実施例6および実施例8でそれぞれ第1層および第3層の形成に使用した材料は、密着性向上剤を含有しないポリイミド樹脂ワニスのE706(UMC社製 商品名;PI−3と表記)である。
表2に記載の構成、寸法により、絶縁電線を得た。比較例1、4で使用した高密着性ポリイミド樹脂ワニス(高密着PAIと表記)、および比較例5で使用した高密着性ポリイミド樹脂ワニス(高密着PIと表記)は次のとおりである。
高密着PAI:HI406−30(日立化成工業(株)製 商品名)に密着性向上剤メルカプトベンズイミダゾールを含有したもの
高密着PI:トレニース#3000(東レ(株)製 商品名)に密着性向上剤メルカプトベンズイミダゾールを含有したもの
[耐熱性]
熱機械分析装置を用いて第2層を構成する材料のガラス転移点(Tg)を測定した。
[軟化温度]
JIS C 3216−6 JA.4に準拠して測定した。
[熱劣化性]
絶縁電線試料を250℃で48時間加熱劣化させた後、フラットワイズ曲げ試験を行い、下記の基準で評価した。
◎:9mmφ未満の曲げ径にて絶縁皮膜の割れや亀裂の発生なし
○:9mmφ以上18mmφ未満の曲げ径にて絶縁皮膜の割れや亀裂の発生なし
△:18mmφ以上27mmφ未満の曲げ径にて絶縁皮膜の割れや亀裂の発生なし
×:27mmφ以上の曲げ径にて絶縁皮膜の割れや亀裂の発生あり
[湿熱性]
絶縁電線試料を150℃、加水量0.2体積%で120時間放置後、フラットワイズ曲げ試験を行い、下記の基準で評価した。
◎:5mmφ未満の曲げ径にて絶縁皮膜の割れや亀裂の発生なし
○:5mmφ以上10mmφ未満の曲げ径にて絶縁皮膜の割れや亀裂の発生なし
△:10mmφ以上20mmφ未満の曲げ径にて絶縁皮膜の割れや亀裂の発生なし
×:20mmφ以上の曲げ径にて絶縁皮膜の割れや亀裂の発生あり
[部分放電開始電圧(PDIV)]
絶縁電線のアローペア試料を用いて60Hz、昇圧速度10V/秒で電圧を印加した際に、100pCの放電が発生した電圧を測定した。測定は各試料について3回行い、その最小値を表記した。
[可とう性]
長さ25cmの絶縁電線試料を30%伸長させ、エッジワイズ曲げ試験を行い、下記の基準で評価した(n=40)。
◎:亀裂の発生なし
○:亀裂発生率5%未満
△:亀裂発生率5%以上10%未満
×:亀裂発生率10%以上
[密着性]
絶縁皮膜と導体との180°剥離試験を行い、絶縁皮膜の密着力(g/mm)を測定した。
Claims (9)
- 導体上に、密着性向上剤を含有しない第1のポリイミドからなる第1の層と、この第1の層上に設けられた、ダイマー酸ジイソシアネートを10〜70モル%含むイソシアネート成分と酸成分を反応させて得られるポリアミドイミドからなる第2の層と、この第2の層上に設けられた第2のポリイミドからなる第3の層とからなる絶縁皮膜を具備し、
前記第1〜第3の層の厚みの前記絶縁皮膜全体の厚みに対する比率が、前記第1の層が10〜25%、前記第2の層が10〜75%、前記第3の層が10〜75%であることを特徴とする絶縁電線。 - 前記第1〜第3の層の厚みの前記絶縁皮膜全体の厚みに対する比率が、前記第1の層が10〜25%、前記第2の層が50〜75%、前記第3の層が10〜30%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の絶縁電線。
- 前記導体と前記第1の層との密着強度が40g/mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の絶縁電線。
- 部分放電開始電圧が1000V以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の絶縁電線。
- 前記ポリアミドイミドのガラス転移点(Tg)が、210〜270℃であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の絶縁電線。
- 前記酸成分が、トリメリット酸無水物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載の絶縁電線。
- 前記絶縁皮膜全体の厚みが60〜200μmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載の絶縁電線。
- 前記導体が、平角導体からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載の絶縁電線。
- 前記平角導体は、幅2.0〜7.0mm、厚さ0.7〜3.0mmの矩形状断面を有することを特徴とする請求項8記載の絶縁電線。
