Description
a)ハイドロプレーニングの危険に関して区間部分に関係する情報が自動車に準備され、
b)ぬれた車道を検出する少なくとも1つのセンサ装置が設けられ、
c)ハイドロプレーニングの危険を持つ走行区間の区間部分が存在し、かつぬれた車道が 検出されると、ハイドロプレーニングを防止する補助機能が実施される。
Claims (14)
- 走行区間において自動車の走行作動中にハイドロプレーニングの危険の出現を早期に検出して、ハイドロプレーニングの出現又は危険を予防的に阻止又は軽減する方法において、
a)カメラによりハイドロプレーニングを表示する交通標識の交通標識認識によりハイドロプレーニングの危険に関して区間部分に関係する情報が自動車に準備され、
b)ぬれた車道を検出する少なくとも1つのセンサ装置が設けられ、
c)ハイドロプレーニングの危険の存在についての情報が、自動車のちょうど走行している車道がぬれているか否かの情報と結合されて、ハイドロプレーニングの危険を持つ走行区間の区間部分が存在し、かつぬれた車道が検出されると、ハイドロプレーニングを予防する援助機能が実施される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 方法段階b)によりぬれた車道を検出するため、少なくとも1つの次のセンサ装置即ち
b1)雨センサ、
b2)窓拭き器動作を評価するセンサ装置、
b3)ぬれた車道を検出するため、走行運動の車両データ及び車両状態データを評価するハイドロプレーニングセンサ装置、
b4)車道表面を検出する光センサなるべくカメラ
が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 方法段階c)により援助機能が、少なくとも1つの次の方策即ち
c1)ハイドロプレーニングに対して運転者への光、音響及び/又は触覚による警告、
c2)自動車のシャシの緩衝の調節、特にシャシの硬い調節、
c3)最大値へなるべく80km/hへの車両速度の調節又は減少、
c4)自動車のABSシステムの調節、特にABSシステムの一層敏感な調 節、
c5)自動車の走行運動の制御の調節、特に走行運動制御の一層敏感な調節、
c6)能動速度制御システムの適合
を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 速度制御システムがクルーズコントロール(CC)システム又は適合クルーズコントロール(ACC)システムであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 能動速度制御システムの適合が車両速度の減少を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 能動速度制御システムの適合が、道路がぬれている場合に規定されるか又は推奨される車両速度への車両速度の減少を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項3〜5の1つに記載の方法。
- 能動速度制御システムの適合が、速度制御システムの停止を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項3〜6の1つに記載の方法。
- 個々の車輪のために制動出力が電子的に要求される場合にロックが回避されるように、援助機能が走行運動制御をパラメータ化することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 方法段階c)による援助機能の実施が、自動車の自動縦制御及び横制御用システムの停止を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の1つに記載の方法。
- それぞれのシステムの停止が、自動車の運転者への先行通報後に行われることを特徴とする、請求項7又は9に記載の方法。
- 運転者が横制御及び縦制御を引受けないと、自動車の速度が減少されるか、又は自動車が停止するまで制動されることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 自動車の制動ペダルの操作により開始される減速要求が、方法段階c)による援助機能により、変換のため自動車の駆動機関へ転送され、その際車輪のロックが回避されるように、減速要求が変換されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11の1つに記載の方法。
- 自動車の加速ペダルの操作により生じる加速要求が、方法段階c)による援助機能によって、加速要求に比較して一層小さい値で一層長い期間にわたって実施されるか又は抑制されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12の1つに記載の方法。
- 方法段階c)による援助機能の実施が、自動車の運転者により各時点に停止可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13の1つに記載の方法。
