図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における密閉型圧縮機の縦断面図、図2は、同実施の形態1における密閉型圧縮機の底面から見た断面図、図3は、同実施の形態1における吸入マフラーの部分断面図である。

Claims (4)
- 密閉容器内に、電動要素と、前記電動要素によって駆動される圧縮要素を収容し、さらに、前記密閉容器に、一端が前記密閉容器内空間に開口した吸入管と、前記圧縮要素で圧縮された冷媒ガスを密閉容器外へ導く吐出管を設け、前記圧縮要素に、前記吸入管からの戻り冷媒ガスを前記圧縮要素の圧縮室内へ導く吸入マフラーを設け、前記吸入マフラーを、消音空間を形成するマフラー本体と、前記消音空間と前記圧縮室を連通する連通管と、前記冷媒ガスを前記マフラー本体へ導入する尾管と、前記マフラー本体の外側に隙間を形成するマフラーカバーを備える構成とし、さらに、前記尾管の一端に設けた前記密閉容器内空間に開口する吸入口の近傍に、前記マフラー本体と前記マフラーカバーとで形成された隙間に連通する冷媒導入口と、前記マフラーカバーに、前記マフラー本体と前記マフラーカバーとで形成された隙間と前記密閉容器内とを連通する冷媒排出口と、を設けた密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記吸入マフラーの吸入口近傍に設けた冷媒導入口を、前記電動要素側に配置した請求項1に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記マフラーカバーの反冷媒導入口側に、前記冷媒排出口を設けた請求項1または2に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記吸入マフラーの吸入口を、前記電動要素の回転により前記密閉容器内で誘起される冷媒ガスの流動方向から見て上流側に配置した請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
