Description
図1には、本実施形態の空気入りタイヤ(以下、単に「タイヤ」と記載される場合がある)1のタイヤ回転軸を含む子午線断面図が示されている。図1に示されるように、タイヤ1は、トレッド部2からサイドウォール部3を経てビード部4のビードコア5に至るトロイド状のカーカス6を具えている。
主な共通仕様は下記の通りである。
リムサイズ:8J
ゴムストリップの幅W:20mm
ゴムストリップの厚さ:1mm
比(P2/W):0.3
テスト方法は、次の通りである。
各テスト用タイヤがバルブコアを取り去った上記リムにリム組みされ、内圧零の状態で、ドラム試験機を用いてECE30により規定された荷重/速度性能テストに準拠し、ステップスピード方式により実施された。テストは、逐次走行速度を上昇させるとともに、タイヤが破壊するまでの速度と時間とが測定された。評価は、比較例1を100とした指数で示され、数値が大きいほどランフラット耐久性能に優れる。

Claims (6)
- トレッド部からサイドウォール部を経てビード部のビードコアに至るトロイド状のカーカスを具えた空気入りタイヤであって、
前記ビード部には、前記カーカスのタイヤ軸方向外側面に沿って配されたビード補強ゴム層が設けられ、
前記ビード補強ゴム層は、タイヤ周方向へ螺旋状に巻き回された帯状のゴムストリップから形成されており、
タイヤ回転軸を含むタイヤ子午線断面において、前記ビード補強ゴム層のタイヤ軸方向の内面及び外面それぞれには、隣接する前記ゴムストリップの界面があり、前記内面の前記界面の数が、前記外面の前記界面の数より少なく、
前記ビード補強ゴム層のゴム硬度は、60〜100度であることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記内側積層体の前記ゴムストリップの螺旋ピッチP1は、前記外側積層体の前記ゴムストリップの螺旋ピッチP2より大きい請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記内側積層体は、タイヤ半径方向外側から内側に巻き回された前記ゴムストリップを含み、前記外側積層体は、タイヤ半径方向内側から外側に巻き回された前記ゴムストリップを含む請求項1又は2記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記内側積層体は、前記ゴムストリップの螺旋ピッチP1と前記ゴムストリップの幅Wとの比(P1/W)が、0.5〜0.8である請求項2又は3記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ビード補強ゴム層は、前記内側積層体と前記外側積層体とからなる二層構造である請求項2乃至4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ゴムストリップの幅は、5〜30mmである請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
