Description
Claims (9)
- 鋼板又はアルミニウムを含む金属材料の板状半仕上げ製品から自動車座席レール用の外形又は構造部品を圧延成形する方法であって、
前記板状半仕上げ製品は、圧延成形処理のために温度調整がなされ、
温度調整は、局所的に成形加工を受けることが意図される前記板状半仕上げ製品の複数の成形領域(4a、4b、4c、4d)において行われ、
前記成形領域(4a、4b、4c、4d)は細片形状にされて圧延成形方向に整列される方法。 - 温度調整は、前記板状半仕上げ製品の成形前又は成形中に行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記成形領域(4a、4b、4c、4d)は、前記圧延成形処理の成形シーケンスで次々に温度調整を受ける、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 加熱は誘導的に行われる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 加熱はレーザ照射によって行われる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧延成形処理の後に前記半仕上げ製品が硬化される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法を行う圧延成形装置であって、
成形加工を受けることが意図される半仕上げ製品に温度調整を行う手段が設けられる圧延成形装置。 - 誘導加熱装置及び/又はレーザを含む、請求項7に記載の圧延成形装置。
- ペルチェ素子を含む、請求項7又は8に記載の圧延成形装置。
