Description
セパレータとして、SBA S 0401に準拠して測定した厚さが、0.7〜1.5mmのAGMセパレータを用いた。また、負極板としては、極板サイズが幅76mm×高さ87mmH×厚さ1.50mmである極板を用い、正極としては、極板サイズが幅76mm×高さ87mm×厚さ1.95mmである極板を用いた。なお、セパレータ及び負極板の平均孔径は、パームポロメータを備えた多孔質材料自動細孔測定システム(ポーラスマテリアル社製(Porous Materials, Inc.))を用いて、BCI 03A−6に準拠して実施したバブルポイント法により測定した。

打ち切り条件 : 6.0V
試験温度 : −25℃
Claims (2)
- 正極活物質を保持する正極板と負極活物質を保持する負極板とセパレータとから構成される極群を備えた制御弁式鉛蓄電池であって、
バブルポイント法により測定された前記負極活物質の平均孔径が0.2〜0.35μmであり、
同じくバブルポイント法により測定された前記セパレータの平均孔径が前記負極活物質の平均孔径の10〜40倍であり、且つ、8.0μm以下であることを特徴とする制御弁式鉛蓄電池。 - 前記セパレータの平均孔径が、2.6〜8.0μmである請求項1記載の制御弁式鉛蓄電池。
