Claims (3)
- バッテリの端子を通してハーネスに流れる電流を検出する電流検出装置であって、
前記バッテリの端子と前記ハーネスを介して流れる電流の経路上に挿入された抵抗体と、
前記抵抗体の通電方向に沿った2箇所の電位差に基づいて前記抵抗体を流れる電流を検
出する電流検出回路が搭載される回路基板と、
前記回路基板を収納する凹部を有するケースと、
前記凹部の開口を塞ぐ蓋と、
を備え、前記凹部の底面から突出した端子が、前記回路基板に設けられたスルーホールに通した状態ではんだ付けされ、
前記凹部の開口と前記蓋との係合部と前記回路基板の面とが非平行であって、前記スルーホールを通した前記端子のはんだ付け部分が前記回路基板の側面方向から目視可能に露出し、
前記凹部の開口と前記蓋との係合部は同一平面上に形成され、
前記端子は、前記抵抗体から引き出される引き出し線部によって形成され、
はんだ付けの対象となる前記端子は複数であり、
複数の前記端子のそれぞれの前記回路基板の裏表におけるはんだ付け部分が、前記回路基板の側面方向であって、これら複数の前記端子が配置された側から目視可能であることを特徴とする電流検出装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記凹部の開口と前記蓋の係合部は、この係合部を形成する平面と垂直な向きに形成された溝部とこの溝部に係合する凸部とを有することを特徴とする電流検出装置。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記端子は、前記はんだ付け部分が露出する側の前記回路基板の端部に形成されていることを特徴とする電流検出装置。
