Description

The present invention relates to a rotary electronic component.

Conventionally, as shown in Patent Document 1, for example, rotating the shaft (30) rotates the rotating body (40) and the slider (50) to change the output signal, and the shaft (30) is directly below. There is a rotary electronic component with a press switch having a structure in which the press switch (70) is turned on by pressing the switch. In this rotary electronic component with a push-type switch, the rotating body (40) and the shaft (30) are formed as separate parts, and both rotate together and the shaft (30) moves up and down with respect to the rotating body (40). Both are engaged so that it can move freely. In order to support both the shaft (30) and the rotating body (40) without rattling in the rotation axis direction, the upper surface of the collar (32) provided on the outer periphery of the lower end of the shaft (30) is covered. The upper surface of the rotating body (40) is in contact with the lower surface of the cover (10). In other words, the flange portion (32) of the shaft (30) and the cylindrical protruding portion on the outer periphery of the rotating body (40) are used as bearings in the rotation axis direction of the shaft (30) and the rotating body (40), respectively.

特開2004−178989号公報Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-1778989 特開2010−34010号公報JP 2010-34010 A

However, in the rotary electronic component with a push-type switch disclosed in Patent Document 1, since a cylindrical projecting portion is provided on the outer periphery of the rotating body (40), a click formed on the inner side of the corresponding cylindrical projecting portion. The diameter of the engaging portion (42) is reduced, thereby reducing the pitch between adjacent unevennesses, and the unevenness of the click engaging portion (42) cannot be accurately formed (such as crushing a mountain), and the click feeling is understood. There was a problem that it became difficult.

In order to solve the above problem, in Patent Document 2, a click engaging portion (67) is provided on the outermost portion of the upper surface of the rotating body (60), and a cylindrical protruding portion serving as a bearing is provided on the inner side. . If comprised in this way, since the diameter of a click engagement part (67) can be enlarged, a favorable click feeling is obtained.

However, even in the case of this rotary electronic component, since the cylindrical protruding portion of the rotating body (60) is provided so as to surround the outer periphery of the collar portion (41) of the shaft (40), the thickness of the protruding portion, The width dimension (the length dimension in the radial direction) of the click engagement portion (67) formed outside the protruding portion on the upper surface of the rotating body (60) is reduced, so that the click engagement portion (67) has a wide width. Since the click elastic body cannot be elastically contacted, there is a problem that the load at the time of elastic contact cannot be increased and a good click feeling cannot be obtained. This problem is particularly serious when the outer diameter of the rotating body (60) is reduced in order to reduce the size of the rotary electronic component.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described points, and an object of the present invention is to configure the rotating body and the shaft as separate parts, and both rotate together and the shaft is engaged with the rotating body so as to be movable up and down. In the rotary electronic component having the configuration, the bearings in the direction of the rotation axis of both the shaft and the rotating body can be installed in a compact manner, and thereby the space for forming the click engagement portion of the rotating body can be widened and increased in diameter. An object of the present invention is to provide a rotary electronic component capable of improving the click feeling.

A rotary electronic component according to the present invention is housed in a case having a housing part, and is rotatably housed in the housing part of the case. The shaft support part protrudes from the upper surface, and a click engagement part is provided near the outer periphery of the upper surface. The rotating body is installed in the center of the upper surface of the rotating body, and the shaft supporting portion of the rotating body is inserted into a supporting portion insertion portion provided on the bottom surface so as to be movable up and down, and rotates together with the rotating body. By contacting the lower surface Coming off from the cover of Yafuto and prevents rattling of the rotation axis of the shaft, whereas the upper surface of the rotating body, the shaft supporting portion on the same circumference around the rotation center axis of the rotary body from the position surrounding, equidistant individually projecting three or more cover receiving portion, each by inserting the respective cover receiving portion each cover receiving portion insertion part provided separately in the flange portion of each of said shafts The front end surface of the cover receiving portion is brought into contact with the lower surface of the cover so as to prevent the rotating body from rattling in the rotation axis direction.
As described above, since the cover receiving portion serving as the bearing in the rotational axis direction of the rotating body is installed in the collar portion serving as the bearing in the rotational axis direction of the shaft, it is possible to install both bearings compactly on the same circumference. it can. Thus, the click feeling can be improved by forming the click engaging portion of the rotating body up to the outer periphery of the rotating body. At the same time, since the radial width of the click engagement portion can be widened, a wide click ball contact body can be elastically contacted, and a good click feeling with a large load can be obtained.

Moreover, it is preferable that the shape of the said cover receiving part insertion part is a shape which inserts the said cover receiving part almost exactly.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the case includes a pressing type electronic component unit that operates by the vertical movement of the shaft and a rotating type electronic component unit that operates by the rotation of the rotating body. As a result, the push-type electronic component unit such as a push-type switch is operated by the vertical movement of the shaft, and the rotary electronic component unit such as the rotary switch is operated by the rotation of the rotating body.

According to the present invention, the bearings in the rotation axis direction of both the shaft and the rotating body can be installed in a compact manner. As a result, the space for forming the click engagement portion of the rotating body can be widened and the diameter can be increased, and the click feeling can be improved.

The shaft 120 is formed by molding synthetic resin into a substantially cylindrical shape and is dimensioned to be rotatably inserted into the shaft support portion 107 of the cover 100. The shaft 120 has a substantially ring shape from the outer periphery of the lower portion of the shaft 120. The collar part 121 protrudes. The flange 121 has the bottom surface flush with the bottom surface 123 of the shaft 120. In the flange portion 121, cover receiving portion insertion portions 125 into which the cover receiving portions 55 provided on the rotating body 50 are inserted almost exactly are formed at a plurality of locations (four locations). Each cover receiving part insertion part 125 is formed in a shape in which the outer periphery of the collar part 121 is recessed in a substantially rectangular shape. From the center of the bottom surface 123 of the shaft 120, a small-diameter columnar switch pressing portion 127 protrudes. Further, on both sides of the switch pressing portion 127 of the bottom surface 123, at positions facing the shaft support portions 53 of the rotating body 50, each shaft support portion 53 is formed with a circular concave portion that is almost exactly inserted so as to be movable up and down. A support insertion portion 129 is formed.

In order to assemble the rotary electronic component 1, the slider 65 is installed in advance on the slider mounting surface 57 of the rotating body 50, and at that time, the slider mounting portion 59 of the rotating body 50 is attached to the mounting portion of the slider 65. 69, the tip of each slider attachment portion 59 is heat caulked, and thereby the slider 65 is fixed to the rotating body 50.

Then, the reverse plate 45 is stored in the reverse plate storage portion 27 of the case 10. The reversing plate 45 and the pressing switch switch pattern 31 of the flexible circuit board 30 constitute a pressing switch (pressing electronic component part).

Next, the rotating body 50 attached with the slider 65 is inserted into the storage portion 13 of the case 10. At this time, each sliding contact portion 67 of the slider 65 comes into contact with the rotation switch switch pattern 33. The slider 65 and the rotary switch switch pattern 33 constitute a rotary switch (rotary electronic component part).

Next, the shaft 120 is placed on the rotating body 50, and at that time, each shaft support portion 53 of the rotating body 50 is inserted into the support portion inserting portion 129 of the shaft 120, and each cover receiving portion 55 of the rotating body 50. Is inserted into each cover receiving portion insertion portion 125 of the shaft 120. At the same time, the switch pressing portion 127 of the shaft 120 is inserted into the insertion portion 51 of the rotating body 50.

Next, as shown in FIG. 6 (FIG. 6 is an explanatory view of the assembly method of the rotary electronic component 1 and shows a state in which the cover 100 is removed from the assembled rotary electronic component 1), the case 10 and The click ball contact body 70 is placed on the rotating body 50, and at that time, both the locking portions 29 of the case 10 are inserted into the both mounting portions 73 of the click ball contact body 70 and positioned.

Next, the cover 100 is put on the case 10, and at that time, the shaft 120 is inserted into the shaft support portion 107 of the cover 100, and at the same time, the locking portion 29 of the case 10 is inserted into the locking portion 109 of the cover 100. Then, the case locking portion 103 of the cover 100 is bent and integrated to the bottom surface side of the case 10. Thereby, the rotary electronic component 1 is completed. The above assembling procedure is an example, and it goes without saying that the assembly may be performed using other various assembling procedures.

In the rotary electronic component 1 assembled as described above, as shown in FIG. 2, the shaft 120 is pushed up by the reversing plate 45, and the upper surface of the collar portion 121 comes into contact with the lower surface of the cover 100. Is prevented from coming off from the cover 100, and at the same time, shakiness of the shaft 120 in the direction of the rotation axis L is prevented. On the other hand, the rotating body 50 is pushed up by the elastic force of the slider 65, and the front end surface 56 of each cover receiving portion 55 comes into contact with the lower surface of the cover 100, thereby rattling the rotating body 50 in the direction of the rotation axis L. Is prevented. Further, in the case of the rotary electronic component 1, all the cover receiving portions 55 are equidistant and equiangular when viewed from the rotation center of the rotating body 50, that is, a regular polygon such as a regular triangle centered on the center of the rotating body 50. Since it is provided so as to be positioned at each apex, it is possible to receive the force in the direction of the rotation axis L evenly, and to prevent the rattling thereof effectively. As described above, the shaft 120 and the rotating body 50 are rotated together by engaging the shaft support portion 53 of the rotating body 50 with the support portion inserting portion 129 of the shaft 120 so as to move up and down, and the shaft 120 rotates. It moves up and down with respect to the body 50.

Next, the operation of the rotary electronic component 1 will be described. First, when the shaft 120 is rotated, the rotating body 50 and the slider 65 rotate integrally therewith, the sliding contact portion 67 of the slider 65 slides on the rotary switch switch pattern 33, and its output changes. . The output is taken out from three terminals 40 protruding in the same direction. At the same time, a click feeling is generated by elastically contacting the click engagement portion 61 of the rotating body 50 where the elastic contact portion 85 of the click elastic contact body 70 rotates. On the other hand, when the shaft 120 is pressed downward, the rotating body 50 remains in its original position, and only the shaft 120 is lowered, and the switch pressing portion 127 presses and reverses the reversing plate 45, whereby the switch pattern for the pressing switch. 31 is electrically connected and turned on. The output is taken out from two terminals 40 protruding in the same direction. When the pressure on the shaft 120 is released, the reversing plate 45 is automatically restored to its original shape by the elastic restoring force of the reversing plate 45, whereby the pressing type switch is turned off, and at the same time the shaft 120 is pushed up to cover the collar portion 121. It contacts the lower surface of 100 and automatically returns to its original position. That is, the push-type electronic component unit such as a push-type switch is operated by the vertical movement of the shaft 120, and the rotary electronic component unit such as the rotary switch is operated by the rotation of the shaft 120 and the rotating body 50.

As described above, the rotary electronic component 1 includes the case 10 having the storage portion 13 and the click engagement portion that is rotatably accommodated in the storage portion 13 of the case 10 and is near the outer periphery of one surface (upper surface). A rotating body 50 provided with 61, a shaft 120 installed at the center of the rotating body 50, rotating integrally with the rotating body 50, and movably engaged with the rotating body 50, and on the rotating body 50 The click elastic contact body 70 having an elastic contact portion 85 that is installed on the rotating body 50 and engages with the click engagement portion 61 of the rotating body 50, and the shaft 120 that covers the storage portion 13 of the case 10 and protrudes from the storage portion 13 is rotatable. And a cover 100 having a shaft support portion 107 that is pivotally supported on the shaft 120, a collar portion 121 is provided on the outer periphery of the shaft 120, and the collar portion 121 is brought into contact with the lower surface of the cover 100 so that The cover 120 is provided with a cover receiving portion 55 in the rotating body 50, and the cover receiving portion 55 is provided in the flange portion 121 of the shaft 120. By inserting the front end surface 56 of the cover receiving portion 55 into contact with the lower surface of the cover 100 after being inserted into the cover 125, the rotation of the rotating body 50 in the direction of the rotation axis L is prevented.

Thus, since the cover receiving portion 55 serving as the bearing in the rotation axis L direction of the rotating body 50 is installed in the collar portion 121 serving as the bearing in the rotation axis L direction of the shaft 120, both bearings are placed on the same circumference. Can be installed. As a result, the click engagement portion 61 of the rotator 50 can be formed up to the outer periphery of the rotator 50 to improve the click feeling, and at the same time, the radial width of the click engagement portion 61 can be increased. The wide click ball contact body 70 can be elastically contacted, and a good click feeling with a large load can be obtained.

Moreover, in this rotary electronic component 1, since the cover receiving part insertion part 125 of the shaft 120 is formed by denting the outer periphery of the collar part 121, the rotating body can be easily inserted into the collar part 121 of the shaft 120. 50 cover receivers 55 can be installed.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the technical idea described in the claims and the specification and drawings. Is possible. Note that any shape, structure, or material not directly described in the specification and drawings is within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention as long as the effects and advantages of the present invention are exhibited. For example, in the above embodiment, the click ball contact body 70 is a click ball contact body main body 71 with a rolling ball contact body 83 attached thereto. Instead, the click ball contact body 70-2 shown in FIG. In this way, the elastic metal plate is formed in a substantially band shape and in a substantially linear shape, and a locked portion 73-2 including a through hole through which the locking portion 29 of the case 10 is inserted is provided near both ends thereof, and a lower portion is provided near the center thereof. A resilient contact portion 85-2 that is bent so as to protrude in the direction and resiliently contacts the click engagement portion 61 may be provided. At this time, if the width dimension of the click engagement part 61 is long, the width dimension of the click ball contact body 70-2 can also be increased, and the load can be easily increased. When this click elastic contact body 70-2 is used, the elastic contact portion 85-2 does not lift so much so that it does not interfere with the cover main body portion 101. Therefore, the click elastic member provided on the cover main body portion 101 of the cover 100 is not used. The contact body insertion hole 111 becomes unnecessary. Further, although it cannot be directly mounted on the rotary electronic component 1 according to the above-described embodiment, an elastic metal plate is formed in a substantially band shape and a ring shape like the click ball contact body 70-3 shown in FIG. A locked portion 73-3 including a through hole is provided at a position, and an elastic contact portion 85-3 that is bent so as to protrude downward is provided near the center of an arc connecting the locked portions 73-3. You may do it. Also in this case, if the width dimension of the click engagement part 61 is long, the width dimension of the click elastic contact body 70-3 can be increased, and the elastic force can be easily increased. Further, click ball contacts of various shapes / structures other than the click ball contacts exemplified above may be used.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the four cover receiving parts 55 and the four cover receiving part insertion parts 125 were provided in four places, these should just be provided in one or more places. However, in order to prevent rattling of the rotating body 50 more effectively, it is preferable to provide three or more locations. FIGS. 9A to 9C are plan views showing a rotating body 50 and a shaft 120 according to another embodiment of the present invention, and show a state in which the shaft 120 is placed at the center of the upper surface of the rotating body 50. ing. As shown in FIG. 9A, the cover receiving portion 55 and the cover receiving portion insertion portion 125 may be provided at three locations, or as shown in FIG. 9B, the cover receiving portion 55 and the cover receiving portion insertion portion. 125 may be provided at five locations, and the cover receiving portion 55 and the cover receiving portion insertion portion 125 may be provided at six locations as shown in FIG. In any case, the cover receiving portion 55 and the cover receiving portion inserting portion 125 are located at the same distance and the same angle from the rotation center of the rotating body 50, that is, at each vertex of a regular polygon centered on the center of the rotating body 50. It is preferable to provide the force in the direction of the rotation axis L because the force in the direction of the rotation axis L can be evenly received and rattling can be effectively prevented.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the cover receiving part insertion part 125 was formed by denting the outer periphery of the collar part 121, you may form it by forming a through-hole in the collar part 121 instead. For example, as illustrated in FIGS. 10A to 10D, the cover receiving portion insertion portion 125 may be configured by a through hole, and the cover receiving portion 55 may be inserted into the cover receiving portion insertion portion 125. The cover receiving portion 55 and the cover receiving portion insertion portion 125 may be provided at three places as shown in FIG. 10 (a), or may be provided at four places as shown in FIG. 10 (b). As shown in FIG. 10 (c), it may be provided at five places, or at six places as shown in FIG. 10 (d).

In the above embodiment, in order to increase the tensile strength of the shaft 120, the cover receiving portion insertion portion 125 has a shape in which the cover receiving portion 55 is inserted almost exactly, so that the area of the collar portion 121 is made as large as possible. Both of them need not be formed into a shape that can be inserted exactly, and the cover receiving portion insertion portion 125 may have a shape dimension larger than that of the cover receiving portion 55 or may be formed in a different shape. Moreover, since the tensile strength of the shaft 120 is increased and the shaft 120 is difficult to be removed from the cover 100 by increasing the area of the collar portion 121 as described above, the projected area when the collar portion 121 of the shaft 120 is viewed from directly above is obtained. It is preferable that the cover receiving portion 55 be formed wider than the projected area. The click engagement portion 61 may be provided not on the entire circumference of the rotating body 50 but on a part thereof. Needless to say, the shape and structure of the case 10, the rotating body 50, the shaft 120, and the cover 100 can be further variously modified.
