Claims (26)
- 少なくとも一つの肝臓の生存を維持するために前記少なくとも一つの肝臓に複数の脈管を通して流体を供給する潅流装置内の少なくとも1つのポンプを制御する方法であって、
一つの肝臓の第1の脈管及び一つの肝臓の第2の脈管に流体を供給するステップと、
前記第1の脈管内を流れる流体の第1の圧力及び前記第2の脈管内を流れる流体の第2の圧力を測定するステップと、
前記第1の圧力及び前記第2の圧力の測定値をコントローラに送信するステップと、
前記コントローラによって、前記第1の脈管内を流れる流体の前記第1の圧力に影響を与えて臓器潅流に対する治療濃度域内に存在させるために前記第2の脈管内を流れる流体の前記第2の圧力の直接制御を行うステップと、
を具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1の脈管内を流れる流体の前記第1の圧力が前記第1の圧力に関する所定の範囲から外れることを検出するステップを更に具え、
前記第2の脈管内を流れる流体の前記第2の圧力の前記直接制御は前記第1の圧力を前記所定の範囲内に戻すように協調して行われる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記第1の脈管内を流れる流体の前記第1の圧力が前記第1の圧力に関する前記所定の範囲内にあるとき、前記第1の脈管内を流れる流体の前記第1の圧力の直接制御を独立に行うステップを更に具える、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 - 前記所定の範囲内の前記第1及び第2の圧力に対する動作目標を設定するステップを更に具える、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 - 前記第1の脈管内を流れる流体の前記第1の圧力が前記所定の範囲内に戻されたとき、前記動作目標がリセットされる、
ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。 - 前記所定の範囲は、ユーザから受信されたもの、記憶ユニットから取り出されたもの、又は装置にプリセットされたもののうちの少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記第1の脈管内の流体の流れが停止したことを検出するステップを更に具え、
前記第2の脈管を流れる流体の前記第2の圧力の直接制御の実行は、前記第1の脈管内の流体の流れを再開可能にするために前記第2の脈管内の流体の流れを停止させるステップを具える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記第1の脈管内の流体の流れを再開させる直接制御を実行するステップと、
前記第1の脈管内の流体の流れを検出するステップとを更に具え、
前記第2の脈管内を流れる流体の前記第2の圧力の前記直接制御の実行は、前記第2の脈管内の流体の流れを再開させるステップを具える、
ことを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。 - 前記第2の脈管内の流体の流れは前記第1の脈管内の流体の流れが検出された後にのみ再開されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記第2の圧力の直接制御の実行は、前記第2の脈管内を流れる流体の圧力を調整するステップを具えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第2の脈管内を流れる流体の圧力を減少させることによって前記第1の脈管内を流れる流体の流量を増大させることを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記第1の脈管は肝臓の門脈であり、前記第2の脈管は肝臓の肝動脈であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第1の圧力及び前記第2の圧力の少なくとも一つは、前記肝臓内のそれぞれの脈管への流体の入口の直前の上流位置で決定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 臓器潅流及び保存装置、臓器運搬装置、又は臓器潅流及び保存装置と臓器運搬装置との間で運搬可能な臓器カセットのうちの少なくとも一つに接続された流体供給ポンプを制御するために使用される請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ポンプは蠕動ポンプ又はローラポンプのうちの少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。
- コンピュータに請求項1記載の方法を実行させるプログラムが記録されたコンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体。
- 少なくとも一つの肝臓の生存を維持するために前記少なくとも一つの肝臓に複数の脈管を通して流体を供給する潅流装置内の少なくとも1つのポンプを制御する制御システムであって、
一つの肝臓の第1の脈管及び一つの肝臓の第2の脈管に流体を供給するポンプと、
前記第1の脈管内を流れる流体の第1の圧力及び前記第2の脈管内を流れる流体の第2の圧力を測定するセンサの出力を受信するセンサインターフェースと、
前記第1の圧力及び前記第2の圧力の測定値を受信し、前記第1の脈管内を流れる流体の前記第1の圧力に影響を与えて臓器潅流に対する治療濃度域内に存在させるために前記第2の脈管内を流れる流体の前記第2の圧力を直接制御するように構成されたコントローラと、
を具えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記測定された第1の圧力を前記測定された第1の圧力に関する所定の範囲と比較し、前記測定された第1の圧力が前記所定の範囲から外れるかどうかを決定する決定ユニットを更に具え、前記決定ユニットは、前記第1の圧力を前記所定の範囲内に戻すために、前記コントローラに、前記第2の脈管内を流れる流体の前記第2の圧力を協調して制御させることを特徴とする請求項17記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記第1の脈管内を流れる流体の前記第1の圧力が前記第1の圧力に関する前記所定の範囲内にあるとき、前記第1の脈管内を流れる流体の前記第1の圧力を直接制御することを特徴とする請求項18記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記所定の範囲内の前記第1及び第2の圧力に対する動作目標を設定することを特徴とする請求項19記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記第1の脈管内を流れる流体の前記第1の圧力が前記所定の範囲内に戻されたとき、前記動作目標をリセットすることを特徴とする請求項20記載のシステム。
- 前記所定の範囲を格納する記憶ユニットを更に具え、
前記所定の範囲はユーザからユーザインターフェースを介して受信されたもの、データインターフェースを介して受信されたもの、又はシステムにプリセットされたもののうちの少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする請求項18記載のシステム。 - 前記決定ユニットは、前記第1の脈管内の流体の流れが停止したことを検出し、前記第1の脈管内の流体の流れを再開可能にするために、前記コントローラに、前記第2の脈管内の流体の流れを停止させることを特徴とする請求項18記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記第1の脈管内の流体の流れを再開させるために前記第1の脈管内の流体を直接制御し、
前記決定ユニットは、前記第1の脈管内の流体の流れを検出し、
前記コントローラは、前記第2の脈管内の流体の流れを再開させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項23記載のシステム。 - 前記第2の脈管内の流体の流れは第1の脈管内の流体の流れが検出された後にのみ再開されることを特徴とする請求項24記載のシステム。
- 前記動作目標はユーザに表示され、前記動作目標に対する変化はユーザインターフェースを介して可聴的に又は視覚的に知らされることを特徴とする請求項21記載のシステム。
