Description
本発明の太陽電池の製造方法について詳しく説明する。また、以下の説明においては、250μm以下の厚みにスライスされたp型の結晶系Si半導体基板を用いて説明を行うが、n型の結晶系Si半導体基板を用いても構わない。
Claims (4)
- 実質的にPbOとSiO2を含まず、質量%表示の酸化物換算で83%≦Bi2O3 ≦97%、0.1%≦B2O3≦5.2%、0%<ZnO≦9.1%を含有し、かつモル%換算比で0.296≦B2O3/Bi2O3≦0.340を満たし、
さらに、BaO、MgO、CaO、およびSrOから選ばれる少なくとも一種を0.8〜4.8質量%または/およびAl2O3を0.5〜10質量%含有し、太陽電池の電極用であることを特徴とするガラス組成物。 - 質量%表示の酸化物換算で85%≦Bi2O3 ≦97%を満たす請求項1に記載のガラス組成物。
- CeO2、CuO、Fe2O3の少なくとも一種を0〜5質量%含有する請求項1または2に記載のガラス組成物。
- Li2O、Na2O、K2Oの少なくとも一種を0〜2.0質量%含有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のガラス組成物。
