Description
Claims (13)
- 空気流から空気汚染物質を除去する空気清浄機であって、フィルタ装置(1)を含み、前記フィルタ装置は、前記空気流(3)内で、空気流の主流れ方向に対して実質的に垂直な方向にフィルタホルダ(5)によって保持された少なくとも1つのフィルタ層(4)を含み、前記フィルタ層(4)は、前記空気汚染物質を吸収又は吸着するための棒形状の複数のフィルタ要素(6)によって形成され、前記フィルタ層(4)は、前記フィルタ要素の最外のもの(6e)に沿って延びる外周および前記フィルタ要素(6)の端部部分を有しており、さらに、前記フィルタ層(4)の外周において前記少なくとも1つのフィルタ層(4)を囲む取付フレーム(26)を具える、空気清浄機において、
前記取付フレーム(26)に、前記空気流(3)の方向に見た場合に、前記フィルタ層(4)の投影された領域(28)に完全に重なる挿入凹部(27)が設けられており、これにより、前記フィルタ層(4)によって画定される平面に垂直な方向で前記フィルタ層(4)の取付フレーム(26)に対する着脱を可能にし、
前記棒形状の複数のフィルタ要素(6)が、保持要素(9)によって互いに保持され、
前記挿入凹部は、前記フィルタ層の外周全体を保持せず、
前記棒形状の複数のフィルタ要素(6)の両端及び/又は前記保持要素(9)が、前記挿入凹部(27)の中に圧入されることを特徴とする空気清浄機。 - 請求項1に記載の空気清浄機において、前記棒形状の複数のフィルタ要素(6)が、その両端で前記フィルタ要素(6)と一体化して同じ材料からなる1つの部片に形成される1対の保持要素(9)によって互いに平行に保持され、
前記棒形状の複数のフィルタ要素(6)の両端及び前記フィルタ要素のこれら両端に設けられた前記保持要素(9)が、前記挿入凹部(27)の中に圧入され、これにより、座屈歪みのみを受ける圧縮柱として前記棒形状の複数のフィルタ要素(6)を用い、
前記棒形状の複数のフィルタ要素(6)の長手軸に平行な前記フィルタ層(4)の前記外周の2つの部分(7,8)が、周囲の前記挿入凹部(27)から離間していることを特徴とする空気清浄機。 - 請求項1または2に記載の空気清浄機において、前記フィルタ層(4)の前記外周の1の部分(7、8)は、前記最外フィルタ要素(6e)が前記フィルタ層(4)の前記外周に沿って自由に延びる、開放された面として形成され、
前記開放された面の部分により、前記空気流(3)が前記フィルタ層(4)から離れるよう広がり得ることを特徴とする空気清浄機。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の空気清浄機において、前記フィルタ要素(6)は、前記フィルタホルダ(5)によって、前記空気流(3)内に片持ちの態様で保持されて、前記フィルタ要素(6)の少なくとも1つの端部(6a)が、自由に、かつ支持されずに延び、前記フィルタホルダ(5)は、前記フィルタ要素(6)の少なくとも1つの中央部分(6c)に取り付けられ、したがって、前記フィルタ要素(6)は2つの自由端(6a、6b)を有するか、または前記フィルタホルダ(5)は、前記フィルタ要素(5)の少なくとも1つの端部部分(6a)に取り付けられ、したがって、前記フィルタ要素(5)は1つの自由端を有することを特徴とする空気清浄機。
- 請求項3に記載の空気清浄機において、前記フィルタ要素(6)は両端だけで支持されることを特徴とする空気清浄機。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の空気清浄機において、前記フィルタホルダ(5)は、前記フィルタ層(4)を横断して延びる棒形状の複数のフィルタ要素(9)を有しており、前記フィルタ要素(6)の支持部分(6d)がフィルタ要素の円周の一部の領域だけで埋め込まれる支持面(10)を含み、
前記フィルタ要素(6)の前記支持部分(6d)の前記円周の1/2π〜3/2πの領域が埋め込まれることを特徴とする空気清浄機。 - 請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の空気清浄機において、前記フィルタホルダ(5)は、少なくとも2つのフィルタホルダ(5)を互いに連結して、重なり合った少なくとも2つのフィルタ層(4)を形成するための雌雄同体連結手段(12)を有する取付面(11)を含み、
前記フィルタ要素(6)は、第2の層により、第2の層のフィルタ要素(6)間の間隙が出現する位置に第1の層の前記要素(6)が配置されるように、前記連結手段(12)に対してずらして配置されることを特徴とする空気清浄機。 - 請求項3に記載の空気清浄機において、前記フィルタ要素(6)は、互いに平行で、かつ離間した部分(13a、13b、13c)を有する、少なくとも1つの湾曲した、蛇形状の、渦巻状のフィルタロッド(13)によって形成され、少なくとも2つの渦巻状フィルタロッド(13)は、渦巻軸の方向に見た場合に、前記渦巻状フィルタロッド(13)の第1の渦巻状フィルタロッドが、前記渦巻状ロッド(13)の第2の渦巻状フィルタロッドの脚部間の間隙(14)に重なるように、回転方向にずらされることを特徴とする空気清浄機。
- 請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の空気清浄機において、互いに同一な2つの渦巻状フィルタロッド(13)が、互いに離間して、または重なって、前記空気流の方向に互いに離間した実質的に平行な平面内に配置され、および/または前記2つの渦巻状フィルタロッドは、それらの内側端(6a)で前記フィルタホルダ(5)に、空気流の方向に互いに離間した、前記フィルタホルダ(5)の異なる部分に、および/または互いに回転方向にずれた、前記フィルタホルダ(5)の異なる円周部分に取り付けられることを特徴とする空気清浄機。
- 請求項8に記載の空気清浄機において、互いに相補的な2つの渦巻状フィルタロッド(13)が配置されていることを特徴とする空気清浄機。
- 請求項1乃至10の何れか1項に記載の空気清浄機において、前記空気流(3)を前記フィルタ装置(1)に通させる通風手段(2)をさらに含み、前記通風手段は、駆動ユニット(16)によって駆動される通風装置ブレード(15)を含んでおり、
前記フィルタ装置(1)は、前記駆動ユニット(16)の前記通風装置ブレード(15)と反対の側で、前記フィルタホルダ(5)によって、前記駆動ユニット(16)および/または駆動ユニット支持体に取り付けられることを特徴とする空気清浄機。 - 請求項1乃至11の何れか1項に記載の空気清浄機において、前記フィルタ要素(6)は、オイルなどの流体で濡れた多孔質材料でできていることを特徴とする空気清浄機。
- ギャンブル、賭け事、および/またはエンターテインメント用のアミューズメント機械および/またはゲーム機械であって、ゲーム情報を表示する少なくとも1つの表示手段と、制御命令を入力するための制御パネルと、前記表示手段を制御する電気制御ユニットとが設けられたキャビネットを含み、前記電子制御ユニットは、前記キャビネットの内部に設けられ、請求項1乃至12の何れか1項に記載の空気清浄機が、前記キャビネットの内部に設けられることを特徴とするアミューズメント機械および/またはゲーム機械。
