Claims (12)

前記一体型カートリッジが、

複数のチャンバを備えるフレームであって、前記フレーム上への前記ランセットホイールのドロップインによる組み立てを容易にするためにエッグクレート形状を有するフレームと、

前記フレームが、前記ランセットの前記コンタクト部を受け入れるような大きさに形成された複数のウィンドウを画定し、前記一体型カートリッジが、前記複数のウィンドウを被覆するために前記ランセットリムおよび前記テストリングの間に配置される複数のカバーバリヤをさらに含み、前記複数のカバーバリヤのそれぞれが、前記ランセットの前記コンタクト部を受け入れるような大きさに形成されたスロットを画定し、前記複数のカバーバリヤが、前記カバーバリヤの下の前記検査セクションを露出し、前記ランセットの前記コンタクト部が前記検査セクションに接触することを可能にするために、前記カバーバリヤが前記ウィンドウを被覆する第1位置と前記スロットが前記ウィンドウの上に並ぶ第2位置との間で動作可能であることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記複数のチャンバおよび前記複数のランセットチップを被覆するように構成される第1滅菌シートをさらに備え、

前記テストリング、前記第1滅菌シートおよび前記第2滅菌シートが、未使用のランセットの無菌状態および未使用の検査セクションの湿度を維持することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記ランセットチップが、皮膚中に切開部を形成するように構成され、前記ランセットチップが、毛管作用により前記体液試料を採取するよう構成される毛管溝を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、
計測器であって、前記計測器内に保管される前記一体型カートリッジを有する計測器と、
前記ランセットを回転させ、前記ランセットチップにより皮膚中に切開部を形成するために、前記ランセットの前記レッグ部と係合するように構成される駆動部とをさらに含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 複数のくさび形状の乾燥剤をさらに含み、前記乾燥剤の1つが前記フレームの各チャンバ内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 構成部品のドロップインアセンブリを有する一体型カートリッジを含む装置であって、
前記一体型カートリッジが、
ランセットリムから放射状に内側に延伸した複数のランセットを備えるランセットリムを有するランセットホイールであって、前記ランセットのそれぞれがレッグ部と前記レッグ部に対して略交差する方向に延びるランセットチップとを有する前記ランセットホイールと、
複数のチャンバを備えるフレームであって、前記フレーム上への前記ランセットホイールのドロップインによる組み立てを容易にするためにエッグクレート形状を有するフレームとを含み、
前記フレームが複数のスラットを含み、前記複数のスラットの対が、穿刺前および穿刺後の前記ランセットを制止するために、前記複数のチャンバのそれぞれに配置されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記ランセットチップのそれぞれが、検査セクションに接触し、体液試料を前記検査セクション上に付着させるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 一体型使い捨てカートリッジを組み立てる工程であって、前記組み立てる工程が、ランセットホイールを円形フレーム内にドロップインさせることを含み、前記ランセットホイールは内側に向かって放射状に延伸する複数のランセットを備えたリムを有し、前記円形フレームは複数のチャンバを画定する複数のスポークを有する、一体型使い捨てカートリッジを組み立てる工程と、
前記ランセットのそれぞれを前記チャンバの1つに配置する工程とを含み、
前記組み立てる工程がさらに、
連続する化学ストリップを有するテストリングを前記円形フレーム上に取り付ける工程と、
前記複数のスポークによって、前記テストリングを複数の検査セクションに区分する工程であって、前記検査セクションのそれぞれが前記ランセットの1つの下に配置される工程と、
前記ランセットおよび対応するカバーバリヤが作動されるまで、前記ランセットと前記検査セクションとの間の接触を防ぐために、前記複数のランセットと前記複数の検査セクションとの間に複数の移動可能なカバーバリヤを配置する工程とを含み、
前記カバーバリヤのそれぞれが、前記ランセットによって接触されるように、前記検査セクションの一部を露出するためのウィンドウを画定することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ランセットのそれぞれがランセットチップおよび弾性を有するレッグ部を有し、
前記レッグ部が第1位置にある位置において、前記ランセットチップの1つで組織中に切開部を形成する工程と、
前記レッグ部が第2位置にある位置において、体液試料を前記ランセットチップから前記検査セクションに移送する工程とをさらに含んでいることを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。 - 前記複数のランセットを作動するように構成される計測器内に前記一体型使い捨てカートリッジを装着する工程をさらに含んでいることを特徴とする請求項8または9記載の方法。
- 複数のくさび形状の乾燥剤を備えるリムを有している乾燥力のあるホイールを前記円形のフレーム内にドロップインさせる工程と、
前記乾燥剤のそれぞれを前記チャンバの1つに配置する工程とをさらに含んでいることを特徴とする請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 構成部品のドロップインアセンブリを有する一体型カートリッジを含む装置であって、
前記一体型カートリッジが、
複数のランセットを有するランセットホイールであって、前記ランセットのそれぞれがレッグ部と、前記レッグ部に略交差する方向に延伸するランセットチップとを有するランセットホイールと、
フレーム上への前記ランセットホイールのドロップインによる組み立てを容易にするために、複数のチャンバを有するフレームと、
連続する化学ストリップを有し、複数の検査セクションに区分され得るテストリングであって、前記複数のチャンバが、前記テストリングを前記複数の検査セクションに区分けするように構成され、前記ランセットのそれぞれが、1つの検査セクションの隣に配置されるテストリングとを含んでなり、
前記ランセットチップのそれぞれが、検査セクションに接触し、体液試料を前記検査セクション上に付着させるように構成され、前記レッグ部が、前記ランセットチップが切開部を形成する第1位置と前記ランセットチップが前記検査セクションに接触する第2位置との間で移動するために弾性を有し、
前記フレームが、前記ランセットのコンタクト部を受け入れるような大きさに形成された複数のウィンドウを画定し、前記一体型カートリッジが、前記複数のウィンドウを被覆するためにランセットリムおよび前記テストリングの間に配置される複数のカバーバリヤをさらに含み、前記複数のカバーバリヤのそれぞれが、前記ランセットの前記コンタクト部を受け入れるような大きさに形成されたスロットを画定し、前記複数のカバーバリヤが、前記カバーバリヤの下の前記検査セクションを露出し、前記ランセットの前記コンタクト部が前記検査セクションに接触することを可能にするために、前記カバーバリヤが前記ウィンドウを被覆する第1位置と前記スロットが前記ウィンドウの上に並ぶ第2位置との間で動作可能であることを特徴とする装置。
