Claims (23)
- 骨折したターゲット骨の高さを増大するように構成された拡張可能インプラントシステムであって、この拡張可能インプラントシステムが、
挿入構成から拡張構成に移行するように構成された主インプラント本体を有する主インプラントであって、この主インプラント本体が、中心軸に沿って長形であり、且つ、この中心軸に垂直な半径方向を更に形成し、尚且つ、内部空隙を形成する内側面を有する、前記主インプラントと、
前記主インプラント本体の前記内部空隙に配置され、かつ潰れた構成から拡張構成に拡張するように構成された補助インプラントと、を有し、
前記補助インプラントは、前記中心軸を通って延びる中心本体部分を形成し、この中心本体部分は、前記半径方向に沿って互いに離間されて対向する第1及び第2の外側端部を有し、
前記補助インプラントは、前記中心本体部分の前記第1の外側端部から出て延びる第1の結節と、前記中心本体部分の前記第2の外側端部から出て延びる第2の結節とを更に形成し、これら第1及び第2の結節は、各々の接触面を形成し、これらの接触面は、前記主インプラントの前記内側面に当接するように構成され、
