前記吐出ダクトを前記カバー部材で一体に形成されたものである。

冷蔵室帰還ダクト51aと隣り合わせで前後の位置関係に配置され、切替室帰還ダクト51bは冷蔵室帰還ダクト51aよりも前方に配置される。
カバーする第1下面区画カバー41cとで形成される。そして第1上面区画カバー41bと第1下面区画カバー41cとの間にウレタンを充填して、断熱箱体31に第1区画壁41を固定している。また第1区画壁41の上面にはアルミ箔ヒータ41dが貼付され、切替室36が冷蔵温度帯に設定された場合にアルミ箔ヒータ41dを通電して、適温化を図る。
、左右に分岐する分岐路63が形成されてもよく、分岐路63を備えることで、冷蔵室35の幅方向の空間の温度分布を均一化することができる。
通って冷気帰還口77から冷却器44の下部に導かれて冷却器44と熱交換して、新鮮な冷気が再びファンによって強制的に送風される。

Claims (2)
- 上部に冷蔵室と下部に冷凍室、前記冷蔵室と前記冷凍室の間に温度帯を切替えられる切替室と、前記冷凍室の後方に冷気を生成する冷却器と、前記冷却器の上部に配置され生成された冷気を各室へ強制的に送風するファンと、前記冷蔵室と前記切替室へ前記冷気を導くダクト装置と、前記冷蔵室と前記切替室を上下に区画する区画壁とを備えた冷蔵庫において、前記ダクト装置は前記切替室の背面に設置され、前記切替室に前記冷気を吐出する吐出ダクトは前記ダクト装置に接続した前記区画壁の下面に形成したものにおいて、前記区画壁は断熱板と、前記断熱板の上面と下面を覆うカバー部材と、前記断熱板の下面に切替室内へ冷気を導く吐出ダクト板とを有し、前記断熱板と前記吐出ダクト板とが前記カバー部材で覆われて、前記区画壁と前記吐出ダクトを前記カバー部材で一体に形成されたことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。
- 冷蔵庫本体を形成する外箱と内箱の間に発泡断熱材を充填発泡する前に区画壁は前記内箱の所定位置に取付けられ、前記発泡断熱材の充填発泡後、ダクト装置が前記区画壁の下方で、吐出ダクトの下部に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
