Claims (6)
- 内視鏡外科器具であって、
液体による切開またはニードルレス注入の少なくとも1つのためのノズル(23)を遠位端(26)に備える管区域(22)を有する液体噴射装置(20)と、高周波電流によって組織の切断または凝固の少なくとも1つをするための電極装置(28)とを含む、内視鏡外科器具において、
前記管区域(22)は前記電極装置(28)を形成しており、前記管区域(22)の遠位端(26)には絶縁装置(40)が取り付けられており、それによって組織が前記管区域(22)の円周領域(28)とのみ導電接触可能であり、前記遠位端(26)とは導電接触可能ではないとともに、
前記絶縁装置(40)は、絶縁性材料から形成されているとともに、前記管区域(22)に近い側においても電極を有さず、且つ
前記絶縁装置(40)が前記管区域(22)の遠位端(26)に装着されているときに前記ノズル(23)から吐出されるウォータージェットに通過のための十分なスペースを与える噴射吐出部(43)が前記絶縁装置(40)に形成されている
内視鏡外科器具。 - 前記絶縁装置(40)は組織の調製をするための機械式の調製装置として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内視鏡外科器具。
- 組織へ不活性ガスを案内するための配管(31)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の内視鏡外科器具。
- 前記電極装置は前記電極装置(28)の帯電によって生起される電界強度を高めるために角状または尖端状に形成された集中化部材(27)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡外科器具。
- 電気絶縁性の被覆装置(30)を有しており、該被覆装置は、前記電極装置(28)が被覆装置(30)に引き込まれたりこれから引き出されたりすることが可能であるように、前記電極装置(28)をスライド可能に取り囲置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡外科器具。
- 前記液体噴射装置(20)は、前記管区域(22)と密接かつ導電的に結合された、液体と高周波電流を供給するための導電性の配管区域(21)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡外科器具。
