Claims (19)
- LEDチップと、
上記LEDチップから伝わった熱を放散させる放熱部材と、
を備えるLED電球であって、
上記放熱部材は、軸方向と直角である面における断面形状が一様である筒状部、および、それぞれが上記筒状部から外方に延びているとともに上記軸方向に延びており、かつ上記軸方向視における位置が同一である部分の板厚が一定である複数のフィンと、上記LEDチップを支持する基板を保持する台座部とを有しており、
上記台座部は、上記筒状部と、上記複数のフィンのうち径方向における中心軸寄りの部分と、が上記軸方向に延出するようにして形成されていることを特徴とする、LED電球。 - 上記LEDチップが搭載された基板をさらに備えており、
上記基板は、上記放熱部材の上記軸方向一端に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載のLED電球。 - 上記筒状部は、円筒形状である、請求項1または2に記載のLED電球。
- 上記複数のフィンは、上記筒状部の中心軸を中心として放射状に配置されている、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のLED電球。
- 上記各フィンの上記軸方向に対する径方向における寸法が、上記LEDチップに近いほど大である、請求項4に記載のLED電球。
- 上記LEDチップに電力を供給するための電源部をさらに備えており、
上記電源部は、上記筒状部に収容されている、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のLED電球。 - 上記放熱部材は、アルミからなる、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のLED電球。
- 上記放熱部材に対して上記LEDチップとは反対側に取り付けられた口金をさらに備えている、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のLED電球。
- 上記LEDチップを囲んでおり、かつ上記LEDチップからの光を透過させるカバーをさらに備えている、請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のLED電球。
- 上記カバーの内面には、粗面処理が施されている、請求項9に記載のLED電球。
- 上記カバーの外面には、粗面処理が施されている、請求項10に記載のLED電球。
- 軸方向と直角である面における断面形状が一様である筒状部、および、それぞれが上記筒状部から外方に延びているとともに上記軸方向に延びており、かつ上記軸方向視における位置が同一である部分の板厚が一定である複数のフィンを有する長尺材料を押し出し加工によって形成する工程と、
上記長尺材料を上記軸方向と直角である面において切断するとともに、上記筒状部と、上記複数のフィンのうち径方向における中心軸寄りの部分と、が上記軸方向に延出して構成された台座部を形成することにより複数の放熱部材を形成する工程と、
上記放熱部材に対してLEDチップを保持した基板を固定する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする、LED電球の製造方法。 - 上記筒状部は、円筒形状である、請求項12に記載のLED電球の製造方法。
- 上記複数のフィンは、上記筒状部の中心軸を中心として放射状に配置されている、請求項12または13に記載のLED電球の製造方法。
- 上記放熱部材に対してLEDチップを固定する工程においては、上記LEDチップが搭載された基板を、上記放熱部材の上記軸方向一端に取り付ける、請求項12ないし14のいずれかに記載のLED電球の製造方法。
- 上記放熱部材の上記複数のフィンを上記軸方向における上記一端側の寸法が他端側の寸法よりも大となるように切断する工程をさらに有する、請求項14に記載のLED電球の製造方法。
- 上記放熱部材の上記筒状部に、上記LEDチップに電力を供給するための電源部を収容する工程をさらに有する、請求項12ないし16のいずれかに記載のLED電球の製造方法。
- 上記長尺材料を形成するための押し出し加工には、アルミを用いる、請求項12ないし17のいずれかに記載のLED電球の製造方法。
- 上記放熱部材に対して上記LEDチップとは反対側に口金を取り付ける工程をさらに有する、請求項12ないし18のいずれかに記載のLED電球の製造方法。
