Description
Claims (11)
- リチウム二次電池であって、
集電体と、活物質およびタブが設けられた電極板と分離膜が交互に積層される電極組立体と、前記タブと電気的に連結されるリードと、電池ケースとを備えてなり、
前記リードが、正極リードと負極リードとに分けられてなり、
前記正極リードおよび負極リードが、それぞれ複数個設けられ、
前記電極板は、相違する素材で備えられる正極板と負極板を含み、
前記正極リードと前記負極リードの個数は、前記正極板と前記負極板の電気的伝導性の違いにより互いに異なるように決定されることを特徴とする、リチウム二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体が、同一極性の電極板間の軸方向のタブの位置が相違するように電極板および分離膜が交互に積層されて形成されてなるものであり、
前記タブの位置に対応する位置にリードが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体が、互いに異なる極性の電極板間の軸方向のタブの位置が相違するように電極板および分離膜が交互に積層されて形成されてなるものであり、
前記タブの位置に対応する位置にリードが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体が、断面状長方形をなし、
前記正極リードおよび負極リードが、それぞれ前記電極組立体の四つの辺に選択的に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記正極リードおよび負極リードが、断面状長方形をなす電極組立体の四つの辺のうち何れか一つの辺に同一方向に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記正極リードおよび負極リードが、断面状長方形をなす電極組立体の四つの辺のうち互いに隣接した辺にそれぞれ区分して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記正極リードおよび負極リードは、断面状長方形をなす電極組立体の四つの辺のうち互いに対向する二つの辺にそれぞれ対向するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記負極リードの個数は正極リードの個数より少ないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記正極リードおよび負極リードの幅が1〜10cmの範囲以内であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記正極リードおよび負極リードの厚さが50〜500μmの範囲以内であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記リチウム二次電池の用途は大面積電池用であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
