Description

Claims (2)
- 噴射システムの動作を制御するECUであって、ECUにはエンジン温度と吸気温度、スロットル位置、およびエンジン回転数が入力され、パルス幅が変調された燃料バルブに対する制御を実現するECUと、
ECUと動作可能に連係するエンジンの最大速度を制御する電子ガバナーシステムと、
エンジンに燃料を供給する燃料ポンプと、
を備えるエンジン用燃料噴射システムであって、
上記燃料ポンプは、
エンジンの回転にともなって発生する圧力波を導入する空気室と、
燃料ポンプ吸い込み口室、燃料ポンプ室及び燃料ポンプ排出口室からなる燃料ポンプ本体と、
上記空気室に導入された圧力波の振動を上記燃料ポンプ室へ伝達する増圧装置と
を備え、
上記燃料ポンプ室に伝達された上記振動によって上記燃料ポンプ吸い込み口室から上記燃料ポンプ室に吸い込まれた燃料を上記燃料ポンプ排出口室へ排出する構成にし、
上記増圧装置は、
上記空気室に設けるとともに上記圧力波で振動する空気室振動板と、
上記燃料ポンプ室に設けるとともに上記空気室振動板よりも当該燃料ポンプ室における受圧面積を小さくした燃料ポンプ振動板と、
上記空気室振動板と上記燃料ポンプ振動板とに連結した増圧器ピンとを備え、
上記増圧器ピンによって、上記空気室に導入された上記圧力を増圧して上記燃料ポンプ振動板に伝達するエンジン用燃料噴射システム。 - 上記ポンプ室と空気室との間には低減器室を構成する低減器板を設け、
この低減器板には、上記燃料ポンプ振動板で塞がれる燃料ポンプ室側の開口と、この燃料ポンプ室側の開口よりも開口直径を大きくするとともに、上記空気室振動板で塞がれる空気室側の開口とを備え、
上記低減器板は、上記空気室側の開口直径を上記ポンプ室側の開口直径まで減少させ、
これら燃料ポンプ室側の開口と空気室側の開口との直径差を上記低減器室で吸収する構成にした請求項1に記載のエンジン用燃料噴射システム。
