Description
90°角度剥離接着強度試験.90°の角度での剥離接着強度の評価は、ASTM国際規格D3330の方法Fに記載のように、1.3cm×20cm(1/2インチ×8インチ)試験試料を用いて、IMASS SP−200滑り/剥離試験機(IMASS,Inc.(Accord,MA)から入手可能)を305mm/分(12インチ/分)の剥離速度で使用して、行った。2.0kg(4.5ポンド)のゴムローラーでテープをロールダウンすることにより、4回の通過を用いて、試料を試験パネルに接着させた。試験パネルには以下のものが挙げられる。

アクリルポリマーであって、前記アクリルポリマーが少なくとも1つのアルキル(メタ)アクリレートと少なくとも1つのカルボン酸のコポリマーであり、前記コポリマーが、前記アクリルポリマーの側枝カルボン酸基に水素結合又は共有結合により結合している官能化ポリイソブチレンポリマーを有する、アクリルポリマーと、をブレンドすることを含む、感圧性接着剤組成物の製造方法。
