Description
Claims (6)
- ピストンポンプであって、往復行程運動の形で駆動可能なポンプピストン(2)と、前記ピストンポンプ(1)によって貫流方向を制御する少なくとも1つのばね付勢式の逆止弁(14)とを備え、該逆止弁(14)が弁座(19)、遮断体(17;31)および弁閉鎖ばね(24)を備え、該弁閉鎖ばねが前記遮断体(17;31)を弁座(19)に対して付勢する、液圧式車両ブレーキ装置のためのピストンポンプにおいて、
前記遮断体(17;31)が、ダンパ体(23;33)を備え、該ダンパ体と共に前記逆止弁(14)の開放時に前記弁座(19)から持ち上げられ、ダンパ体と共に弁閉鎖ばね(24)によって前記弁座(19)に対して付勢され、遮断体(17;31)が、開閉方向に前記ダンパ体(23;33)に対して可動であり、該ダンパ体(23;33)がダンパ室(26)に収容されており、該ダンパ室から、ダンパ体(23;33)が前記逆止弁(14)の開放時に流体を押しのけ、前記逆止弁(14)の閉鎖時に前記弁座(19)で整列させるために、前記遮断体(17;31)が開閉方向に対して横方向に可動であり、
前記遮断体(17)が、前記逆止弁(14)が閉鎖されている場合に前記弁座(19)に接触するヘッド(18)と、前記遮断体(17)をガイドするためのシャフト(20)とによってキノコ形に形成され、
前記シャフト(20)は、前記ダンパ体(23;33)に設けられた孔に貫通係合され、
前記シャフト(20)は、前記ダンパ体(23;33)に設けられた孔の径よりも小さい直径を備えることを特徴とする、液圧式車両ブレーキのためのピストンポンプ。 - 前記弁閉鎖ばね(24)が前記ダンパ体(23;33)を付勢する、請求項1に記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記遮断体(17;31)が、開閉方向に対して横方向に前記ダンパ体(23;33)に対して可動である、請求項1に記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記ダンパ体(23;33)が開閉方向に対して横方向に可動である、請求項1に記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記ダンパ体(23;33)が管状に形成されている、請求項1に記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記逆止弁(14)がピストンポンプ1の出口弁(14)である、請求項1に記載のピストンポンプ。
