Abstract
Description
도 2 내지 도 4는 본 발명의 바람직한 구현예에 따른 언로딩 밸브 장치의 단면도를 도시한 것으로, 도 2는 언로딩 밸브 장치의 폐쇄 상태를 도시한 것이고, 도 3은 밸브 제어에 의해 개방된 언로딩 밸브 장치의 개방 상태를 도시한 것이고, 도 4는 밸브 어셈블리 내부 압력이 기준 압력 이상 상승한 경우 안전 밸브가 개방된 상태를 도시한 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 다른 구현예에 따른 언로딩 밸브 장치에 대한 단면도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 또 다른 구현예에 따른 언로딩 밸브 장치에 대한 단면도이다.

Claims (11)
- 축 방향으로 연장 형성된 내부 공간을 가지며, 제1 제어 밸브의 동작에 따라 압축 공기의 제1 제어 입력이 유입되는 제1 유입구와, 제2 제어 밸브의 동작에 따라 압축 공기의 제2 제어 입력이 유입되는 제2 유입구와, 상기 제1 유입구와 상기 제2 유입구 사이 내부 공간의 압축 공기를 외부로 배출할 수 있는 메인 배출구를 포함하는 밸브 바디;
상기 밸브 바디의 내부 공간에 삽입되며, 상기 제2 유입구에 연통되어 상기 제2 제어 입력에 의해 축 방향으로 이동가능하고, 상기 제2 유입구로부터 유입되는 압축 공기에 의한 제2 제어 입력을 인가받는 피스톤 헤드와 상기 피스톤 헤드로부터 축 방향으로 연장 형성되며 상기 피스톤 헤드에 비해 작은 외경을 갖는 가압 로드를 포함하는 피스톤;
상기 밸브 바디의 내부 공간에 삽입 고정되고, 상기 제1 유입구에 연통된 제1 개구와, 상기 피스톤의 일부가 통과할 수 있는 제2 개구를 포함하며, 밸브 시트 안착면이 형성된 중공형 어댑터;
상기 피스톤의 상기 가압로드에 의해 가압될 수 있는 가압 로드 안착면을 포함하고, 상기 가압 로드 안착면의 바깥에서 상기 밸브 시트 안착면과의 기밀을 형성하며, 상기 피스톤에 의해 가압되어 축 방향으로 가이드되어 이동함에 따라 상기 중공형 어댑터의 상기 제2 개구를 개방할 수 있도록 상기 중공형 어댑터 내에 설치되는 밸브 시트;
상기 밸브 바디에 고정되는 커버;
상기 커버와 상기 밸브 시트 사이에 압축 가능하게 설치되는 제1 스프링 부재;를 포함하는 상용차의 압축 공기 처리 장치용 언로딩 밸브 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 피스톤의 상기 가압 로드는 상기 밸브 시트의 상기 가압 로드 안착면으로부터 이격된 초기 상태에서, 상기 가압 로드가 상기 가압 로드 안착면에 밀착되어 상기 밸브 시트를 후퇴시키기까지 상기 피스톤만이 이동하는 무효 스트로크 구간을 갖도록 구성되고,
상기 피스톤의 상기 가압 로드는 외기와 연통된 메인 배출구 측에서 상기 밸브 시트를 가압하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상용차의 압축 공기 처리 장치용 언로딩 밸브 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 피스톤 헤드에는 제2 유입구와 연통되고, 상기 피스톤 헤드의 외경에 비해 작은 내경을 갖는 가압 홈이 형성되며,
상기 가압 홈으로 상기 제2 제어 입력이 인가됨에 따라 상기 피스톤이 축 방향으로 후퇴한 후, 상기 제2 제어 입력이 상기 피스톤 헤드 전체면을 가압할 수 있도록 구성되고, 상기 피스톤이 상기 밸브 시트를 가압하여 상기 중공형 어댑터의 상기 제2 개구가 개방되는 경우, 상기 제1 유입구를 통해 상기 밸브 시트의 내부 공간으로 유입된 압축 공기가 상기 메인 배출구로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상용차의 압축 공기 처리 장치용 언로딩 밸브 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 커버는 상기 제1 스프링 부재가 삽입되고, 상기 밸브 시트의 후퇴량을 제한할 수 있도록 상기 밸브 시트를 향해 돌출 형성된 스토퍼를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상용차의 압축 공기 처리 장치용 언로딩 밸브 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 밸브 바디의 내부 공간은 단차부를 갖는 다단 구조로 이루어지고,
상기 중공형 어댑터는 상기 커버와 상기 밸브 바디의 상기 단차부 사이에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상용차의 압축 공기 처리 장치용 언로딩 밸브 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 피스톤은 상기 가압 로드로부터 축방향으로 연장 형성되는 가이드 핀을 더 포함하고,
상기 밸브 시트는 상기 가압 로드 안착면으로부터 연장 형성되어, 상기 가압 로드가 상기 가압 로드 안착면에 밀착하기 전까지 상기 가이드 핀을 안내하기 위한 가이드 홈을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상용차의 압축 공기 처리 장치용 언로딩 밸브 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 밸브 바디에는 상기 제1 유입구로 유입된 압축 공기를 상기 메인 배출구를 통하지 않고 배출할 수 있는 바이패스 배출구가 형성되고,
상기 중공형 어댑터는 상기 바이패스 배출구와 연통되는 제3 개구가 형성되며,
상기 바이패스 배출구를 단속하기 위한 안전 밸브가 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상용차의 압축 공기 처리 장치용 언로딩 밸브 장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 안전 밸브는,
상기 바이패스 배출구를 차단가능한 안전 밸브 시트;
상기 안전 밸브 시트에 연결되는 안전 밸브 샤프트;
상기 밸브 바디에 고정 장착되고, 상기 안전 밸브 샤프트를 가이드할 수 있도록 구성되며, 배기구가 형성된 가압 소켓; 및
상기 가압 소켓과 상기 안전 밸브 시트 사이에 압축 가능하게 설치되는 제2 스프링 부재;를 포함하도록 구성되며,
상기 안전 밸브는 상기 밸브 바디 내부 공간의 압력이 미리 설정된 기준 압력을 초과하는 경우 개방되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상용차의 압축 공기 처리 장치용 언로딩 밸브 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 밸브 시트는 메인 밸브 샤프트와 상기 메인 밸브 샤프트 상에 고정 장착되는 라운드진 시트면을 갖는 시트부를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 커버에는 상기 메인 밸브 샤프트를 가이드하기 위한 홈이 형성된 스토퍼가 형성되고,
상기 중공형 어댑터의 상기 밸브 시트 안착면은 상기 시트면에 따라 라운드진 것을 특징으로 하는 상용차의 압축 공기 처리 장치용 언로딩 밸브 장치.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 시트부는,
상기 제1 스프링 부재를 지지하기 위한 제1 지지면과;
상기 피스톤에 가압될 수 있는 제2 지지면; 및
상기 제1 지지면으로부터 상기 제2 지지면으로 연결되는 라운드진 시트면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상용차의 압축 공기 처리 장치용 언로딩 밸브 장치.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 시트부는 구형 시트부인 것을 특징으로 하는 상용차의 압축 공기 처리 장치용 언로딩 밸브 장치.
