Description
多孔質で弾性のある材料で形成され且つ自動車の表面に対向して配置することを目的としたバネ基層と、
250g/m2よりも高い表面密度を有して、バネ基層よりも上に配置された補強層と、
補強層の上に配置された少なくとも1つの多孔質で弾性のある上層と
を備える形式である。
補強層の厚さは、多孔質で弾性のある上層の厚さよりも厳密に小さく、且つバネ基層の厚さよりも厳密に小さいこと;
補強層の多孔質材料は、圧縮フェルト、又は再生材料の層から構成されること;
多孔質で弾性のある上層の通気抵抗性は、有利な状態として10000N・s/m4と140000N・s/m4との間にあること;
アセンブリは、厚さが150μm以下の気密性フィルムを少なくとも1つ備え、気密性フィルムは、補強層と多孔質の上層との間、及び/又は補強層とバネ基層との間に挿入されること;
アセンブリはまた、多孔質で弾性のある上層よりも上に配置された上側抵抗層も備え、上側抵抗層が200N・s/m3と2000N・s/m3との間の通気抵抗を有すること;

Claims (17)
- 自動車用の防音アセンブリ(10A〜10M)であって、
自動車の表面(12)に対向して配置することを目的とし且つ多孔質で弾性のある材料で形成されたバネ基層(14)と、
250g/m2よりも高い表面密度を有して、前記バネ基層(14)よりも上に配置された補強層(16)と、
前記補強層(16)の上に配置された、少なくとも1つの多孔質で弾性のある上層(18)とを備える形式のアセンブリにおいて、
前記補強層(16)は、高密度の多孔質材料からなる基材を用いて作製され、前記多孔質材料は、通気抵抗が、3000N・s/m3と5000N・s/m3との間で構成され、
前記補強層(16)は、100,000Paよりも大きいヤング率を有することを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 前記補強層(16)は、100,000Paと10 8 Paとの間のヤング率を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ(10A〜10M)。
- 前記補強層(16)の厚さは、前記多孔質で弾性のある上層(18)の厚さよりも厳密に小さく、且つ前記バネ基層(14)の厚さよりも厳密に小さいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のアセンブリ(10A〜10M)。
- 前記補強層(16)の前記多孔質材料が、圧縮フェルト、又は再生材料の層から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ(10A〜10M)。
- 前記多孔質で弾性のある上層(18)の通気抵抗性は、10000N・s/m4と140000N・s/m4との間にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ(10A〜10M)。
- 前記補強層(16)は、フィルムが間に挿入されずに前記バネ基層(14)の上に付けられ、前記多孔質で弾性のある上層(18)は、フィルムが間に挿入されずに前記補強層(16)の上に付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ(10A;10B;10E;10F;10G;10J)。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ(10C;10D;10H;10I)において、厚さが150μm以下の気密性フィルム(24A,24B)を少なくとも1つ備え、前記気密性フィルム(24A,24B)は、前記補強層(16)と前記多孔質の上層(18)との間、及び/又は前記補強層(16)と前記バネ基層(14)との間に挿入されることを特徴とするアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ(10A;10F;10J)において、前記多孔質で弾性のある上層(18)よりも上に配置された上側抵抗層(20)も備え、前記上側抵抗層(20)が200N・s/m3と2000N・s/m3との間の通気抵抗を有することを特徴とするアセンブリ。
- 前記上側抵抗層(20)が、200g/m2未満の坪量を有する不織布又は圧縮フェルトからなる基材を用いて作製されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のアセンブリ(10A;10F;10J)。
- 請求項8または9に記載のアセンブリ(10F;10J)において、前記補強層(16)とは反対側で前記上側抵抗層(20)の上に配置された、装飾層(22)又は保護層(56)を備えることを特徴とするアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ(10E)において、前記補強層(16)とは反対側で前記多孔質で弾性のある上層(18)の上に付けられた、装飾層(22)又は保護層(56)を備えることを特徴とするアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ(10G;10H;10I;10K;10L;10M)において、前記多孔質で弾性のある上層(18)よりも上に配置され且つ150g/m2以下の坪量を有する軽量のシーリングフィルム(26)と、前記多孔質で弾性のある上層(18)とは反対側で前記軽量のシーリングフィルム(26)の上に付けられた、装飾層(22)又は保護層(56)とを備えることを特徴とするアセンブリ。
- 前記バネ基層(14)及び前記多孔質で弾性のある上層(18)が、フェルト基材を用いて作製されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ(10A;10L;10M)。
- 前記多孔質で弾性のある上層(18)が、1.4よりも大きい屈曲度を有する発泡基材を用いて作製されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ(10A〜10M)。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ(10K)において、前記防音アセンブリ(10K)の少なくとも一部では、前記バネ基層(14)は、前記補強層(16)から間隔をあけて配置され、それにより、前記補強層(16)の平均厚よりも大きい平均厚を有する空気の薄板状部(30)の範囲を定めることを特徴とするアセンブリ。
- 自動車の壁要素において、
表面(12)の範囲を定める自動車の車体要素を形成する支持体と、
請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ(10J;10L)とを備え、
前記アセンブリ(10L)の前記バネ基層(14)の少なくとも一部が、前記支持体の表面(12)から間隔をあけて配置され、それにより、前記支持体の表面(12)と前記バネ基層(14)との間で、前記補強層(16)の平均厚よりも大きい平均厚を有する空気の薄板状部(30)の範囲を定めることを特徴とする自動車の壁要素。 - 前記壁要素は、自動車の床面、防火壁又はホイールハウスの壁要素であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の自動車の壁要素。
