Description
ここでは、一例として、第1ケース材13の蓋体13aの板厚t1は4mm程度であって、端子15の側部15aにおけるZ方向厚さt2は10mm程度、凹部15cの内径d1は7mm程度、底部15bのZ方向厚さt3は0.5mm程度に設定されている。
以下第2実施形態にかかる二次電池装置(電池)2の構造及び製造方法について図6乃至図8を参照して説明する。各図中矢印X,Y,Zはそれぞれ互いに直交する3方向を示す。また、各図において説明のため、適宜構成を拡大、縮小または省略して示している。
以下第3実施形態にかかる二次電池装置(電池)3の構造及び製造方法について図9乃至図12を参照して説明する。各図中矢印X,Y,Zはそれぞれ互いに直交する3方向を示す。また、各図において説明のため、適宜構成を拡大、縮小または省略して示している。
Claims (6)
- 正極板、負極板、及び前記正極板と前記負極板の間に設けられた絶縁性のセパレータを有する電極体と、
前記電極体と電気的に接続されたリードと、
円筒状の側部と円形状の底部からなり、前記底部で前記リードと電気的に接続する凹部を有した金属製の端子と、
複数の前記金属製の端子を備える第1ケース材と、
第2ケース材と、
を備え、
前記第1ケース材と前記第2ケース材とが互いに組み付けられて複数の前記電極体を収容する空間を形成する電池。 - 前記リードと電気的に接続される前記底部が、前記側部の一部よりも肉薄に構成され、前記底部と前記リードとが溶接により電気的に接続された請求項1に記載した電池。
- 前記底部は、平坦に構成され、
前記側部は、前記底部と直角に形成される
請求項1に記載した電池。 - 前記側部の内面は、円筒状を構成し、前記底部は、円形を構成する請求項3に記載した電池。
- 前記リードは、渦巻き状に捲回した前記電極体に対して軸方向に沿って外側に突出するように前記電極体に電気的に接続され、前記第2ケース材は、一方が開口する箱形状に構成され、両側部に前記リードを支持する支持部を有し、前記端子は、前記支持部と前記リードとが重なる位置で電気的に接続された請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか1項に記載した電池。
- 前記第1ケース材は、樹脂製であり、
前記第2ケース材は、樹脂製である請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の電池。
