Description
Claims (3)
- クランクシャフトに接続されるフライホイールの近傍に配置されると共に、商用電源から電気負荷に至る給電路に接続可能な発電機と、前記商用電源と前記発電機に接続される電子制御ユニットと、ガス供給源に接続されるガス供給路中に配置されるニードルのオリフィスに対する全開位置から全閉位置までの間の位置に応じて前記ガス供給路を流れるガスを通過させて吸気供給路を流れる吸気に混合すると共に、前記電子制御ユニットに接続されて前記ニードルを前記オリフィスに対して移動させるステッピングモータを有する可変ジェットとを備え、始動時に前記電子制御ユニットに前記商用電源から通電して前記ステッピングモータで前記ニードルを目標位置に移動させる初期化処理を実行させるようにしたガスエンジンの始動時初期化処理装置において、前記フライホイールにユーザの操作自在に巻回されるリコイルスタータを備えると共に、前記電子制御ユニットは、前記商用電源からの通電がない場合にユーザによって前記リコイルスタータが操作されて前記発電機から通電されるとき、前記ステッピングモータの移動ステップ数をN>M>S(N:前記ニードルの前記全開位置から全閉位置までの移動に必要な総ステップ数、M:前記ニードルの前記全開位置と全閉位置の一方に向けての移動ステップ数、S:前記目標位置に相当する、前記ニードルの前記全開位置と全閉位置の他方に向けての移動ステップ数)と規定し、よって前記ニードルを前記Mだけ前記一方に向けて移動させ、次いで前記Sだけ前記他方に向けて移動させることで前記初期化処理を実行することを特徴とするガスエンジンの始動時初期化処理装置。
- 前記ガス供給路付近の温度を検出する温度検出手段を備えると共に、前記目標位置が前記検出された温度に応じて可変に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガスエンジンの始動時初期化処理装置。
- 前記エンジンの回転数を検出する回転数検出手段を備えると共に、前記電子制御ユニットは、前記検出された回転数が所定回転数に達したとき、前記エンジンに点火することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のガスエンジンの始動時初期化処理装置。
