Claims (5)
- 開口部、胴部及び底部を有する有底筒状のプレス加工品であり、前記胴部には電極合剤が圧入され、前記開口部には封口ガスケットが装着されるアルカリ電池用正極缶において、
前記開口部の内面の表面粗さが前記胴部の内面の表面粗さよりも大きいことを特徴とするアルカリ電池用正極缶。 - 前記開口部の内面の表面粗さRaが1μm以上3μm以下であり、前記胴部の内面の表面粗さRaが0.5μm以上2μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルカリ電池用正極缶。
- 前記胴部の内面に導電塗料が塗布されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のアルカリ電池用正極缶。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の正極缶を用いて構成されたアルカリ電池。
- 前記開口部に装着される前記封口ガスケットの材質がポリプロピレンであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のアルカリ電池。
