Claims (3)
- 厚さ1μm以上2μm以下のニッケルめっき層を有するニッケルめっき鋼板を用いて多段絞り加工によるプレス成形を行うことで、底部に正極端子が突設された有底筒状のアルカリ電池用正極缶を製造する方法であって、
プレス成形前の前記ニッケルめっき鋼板において表面粗さを1.5μm以上3.0μm以下としたとき、
プレス成形後の前記正極缶の内面の表面粗さが1.0μm以上2.5μm以下かつプレス成形前の前記正極缶の内面の表面粗さよりも小さく
なるように、プレス成形を行う
ことを特徴とするアルカリ電池用正極缶の製造方法。 - 請求項1の製造方法を用いて製造されたアルカリ電池用正極缶。
- 請求項2に記載の正極缶を用いて構成されたアルカリ電池。
