Description
Claims (17)
- コネクタ(2)を用いて一体に突き当てられた、樹脂をベースとしてなる2つの中空品端部(10,11)から形成される結合であって、
前記コネクタは、中央部品(21)および前記中空品端部にそれぞれ係止される樹脂製の2つのフランジ(22,23)を有する本体(20)を備え、それら2つのフランジが、前記中空品端部の内側と摩擦接触することにより、前記コネクタの周囲の所定位置に前記中空品端部を保持可能な固定手段(28,29,30,31)を有する結合において、
前記フランジ(22,23)は、該フランジの厚さより薄く、該フランジの幅より狭い延長部(24a)を有し、
前記コネクタの前記固定手段(28,29,30,31)は樹脂製であり、かつ、少なくとも前記固定手段の1つ(30,31)は、圧力が加えられたときに変形するように柔軟性を有し、
前記柔軟性ある固定手段(30,31)は、リップ形状をなし、かつ、
前記延長部(24a)に一体化されるベース部(32)と、
前記延長部から突出するとともに前記コネクタの前記中央部品(21)に向けて傾斜するように伸延する伸延部(33)と、
前記中空品端部の内壁に接触する自由端部(34)と、を備え、
前記柔軟性ある固定手段(30,31)は、前記コネクタの長手方向軸線(B)に垂直な二方向で前記延長部から延びると共に、前記固定手段(30,31)の高さ(h1)が前記中空品端部(10,11)の内側の高さ(h2)より大きく、前記固定手段(30,31)の幅(l1)が前記中空品端部(10,11)の内側の幅(l2)より大きいことを特徴とする結合。 - 請求項1に記載の結合において、
前記柔軟性ある固定手段(30,31)は、中空品端部を引っ張るときに発生する引張力に抗したストレスを生じることを特徴とする結合。 - 請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の結合において、
前記コネクタの前記固定手段(28,29,30,31)および前記本体(20)は、同一の樹脂により構成されていることを特徴とする結合。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の結合において、
前記固定手段は、各フランジ(22,23)の互いに反対側の2面の各々に突起し、前記中空品端部の内側に局所的なストレスを生じる硬直的な止め具(28,29)を備えることを特徴とする結合。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の結合において、
前記コネクタは、各フランジに少なくとも1つの柔軟性ある固定手段(30,31)を備えることを特徴とする結合。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の結合において、
前記柔軟性ある固定手段(30,31)は、フランジの延長部(24a)に一体化され、前記固定手段は、前記延長部から突出していることを特徴とする結合。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の結合において、
各フランジ(22,23)は、
互いに反対側の2つの長手方向面(24,25)と、
前記フランジに沿って伸延し、前記2つの長手方向面にそれぞれ一体に連結する互いに反対側の2つの側面(26,27)とを有し、
各フランジの少なくとも1つの柔軟性ある固定手段(30,31)は、少なくともその片側で、フランジの側面(26,27)の1つを含む平面に関連して突出していることを特徴とする結合。 - 請求項1に記載の結合において、
前記固定手段(30,31)の高さ(h1)と前記中空品端部(10,11)の内側の高さ(h2)との寸法差Δhは、0.5mmを越えないことを特徴とする結合。 - 請求項1に記載の結合において、
前記固定手段(30,31)の幅(l1)と前記中空品端部(10,11)の内側の幅(l2)との寸法差Δlは、少なくとも中空品端部の壁の片側において最大でも0.5mmであることを特徴とする結合。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の結合において、
前記柔軟性ある固定手段(30,31)は、比率e/Lがe/L<1/3、好ましくはe/L<1/4となるような厚さeと長さLを有することを特徴とする結合。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の結合において、
少なくとも1つの柔軟性ある固定手段は、前記コネクタの前記中央部品とは反対方向にあるベース部(32)に対して傾斜角(β)が形成された自由端部(34)を有することを特徴とする結合。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の結合において、
前記コネクタの前記中央部品(21)は、前記フランジの側面(25,26)に設けられた側面突起部を備え、前記コネクタが2つの前記中空品端部に挿入されたとき、前記側面突起部は2つの中空品端部の停止部(21a,21b)として作用することを特徴とする結合。 - 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の結合において、
前記中央部品(21)は、前記中空品端部が前記中央部品に突き当たる部分を覆うシール手段4を備えることを特徴とする結合。 - 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の結合において、
前記コネクタの前記固定手段(28,29,30,31)は、ポリアミド、ポリエチレン、またはSANをベースしてなり、好ましくは強化繊維で満たされることを特徴とする結合。 - 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の結合において、
前記コネクタは、角度付きコネクタまたは直線型のコネクタであることを特徴とする結合。 - 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの結合を備えるフレーム。
- 請求項16に記載のフレームを備える絶縁ガラスユニット。
