Description
原動機からの動力が伝達される入力要素と、該入力要素から動力が伝達される第1弾性体と、該第1弾性体から動力が伝達される第1中間要素と、該第1中間要素から動力が伝達される第2弾性体と、該第2弾性体から動力が伝達される第2中間要素と、該第2中間要素から動力が伝達される第3弾性体と、該第3弾性体から動力が伝達される出力要素とを含むダンパ装置において、
前記第1および第2弾性体は、コイルスプリングであり、前記第3弾性体は、前記第1および第2弾性体よりも内周側に配置されるアークスプリングであることを特徴とする。
Claims (4)
- 原動機からの動力が伝達される入力要素と、該入力要素から動力が伝達される第1弾性体と、該第1弾性体から動力が伝達される第1中間要素と、該第1中間要素から動力が伝達される第2弾性体と、該第2弾性体から動力が伝達される第2中間要素と、該第2中間要素から動力が伝達される第3弾性体と、該第3弾性体から動力が伝達されると共に変速装置の入力軸に連結される出力要素とを含むダンパ装置において、
前記第1および第2弾性体は、コイルスプリングであり、前記第3弾性体は、前記第1および第2弾性体よりも内周側に配置されるアークスプリングであり、
前記第1中間要素は、前記第1および第2弾性体を外周側および前記変速装置側から覆う環状部材であり、前記第1弾性体の他端と該第1弾性体と隣り合う前記第2弾性体の一端との間に配置されて両者と当接する当接部を有することを特徴とするダンパ装置。 - 請求項1に記載のダンパ装置において、
前記入力要素は、前記第1弾性体の一端と当接する当接部を有し、
前記第2中間要素は、前記第3弾性体を支持するスプリング支持部と、前記第2弾性体の他端と当接する当接部と、前記第3弾性体の一端と当接する当接部とを有し、
前記出力要素は、前記第3弾性体の他端と当接する当接部を有することを特徴とするダンパ装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のダンパ装置において、
前記第1弾性体の剛性は、前記第2および第3弾性体の剛性よりも高いことを特徴とするダンパ装置。 - 請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のダンパ装置において、
前記入力要素は、前記原動機に連結された入力部材にロックアップクラッチを介して接続されることを特徴とするダンパ装置。
