Claims (3)
- バッテリ(4)と、エンジン(2)で駆動される交流機(3)と、前記交流機(3)の出力を整流する整流部(51)と、前記バッテリ(4)の出力を昇圧するDC−DCコンバータ(9)と、前記整流部(51)および前記DC−DCコンバータ(9)の出力を交流に変換して発電機出力とするインバータ部(53)とを有するハイブリッド式発動発電機(1)の電力供給源切り替え装置において、
該発電機(1)の負荷出力を検出する負荷出力検出手段(3)と、
前記バッテリ(4)の出力で前記エンジン(2)を始動するエンジン始動手段(26)と、
前記負荷出力が前記DC−DCコンバータ(9)の許容電力の上限に到達した時点で、前記エンジン(2)を始動させて前記バッテリ(4)からの電力供給を前記交流機(3)による発電に切り替えるとともに、該切り替えのためのエンジン始動中は、負荷(7)への供給電力と前記交流機(3)への供給電力の合計が前記DC−DCコンバータ(9)の許容電力範囲を超えないように、負荷(7)への供給電力を制御する前記インバータ部(53)の出力を抑制する発電電力制限手段(27)とを備え、
前記発電電力制限手段(27)は、前記エンジン(2)が始動して前記交流機(3)の発電電力が前記負荷(7)の要求電力に至るまでの間に、前記DC−DCコンバータ(9)の許容電力範囲を超えないようにバッテリ発電出力を増大させることを特徴とするハイブリッド式発動発電機の電力供給源切り替え装置。 - 前記整流部(51)が前記DC−DCコンバータ(9)の出力で前記エンジン(2)を始動するための駆動用インバータを兼用し、
前記発電電力制限手段(27)が、エンジン始動に消費される電力に相当する電力をバッテリ出力から低減することによってバッテリ(4)の出力制限をするように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド式発動発電機の電力供給源切り替え装置。 - 前記負荷出力が前記DC−DCコンバータ(9)の許容出力範囲を下回ったときに、前記エンジン(2)を停止して、バッテリ(4)からの出力に切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド式発動発電機の電力供給源切り替え装置。
