Description
薄板状の被加工物を加工する薄板状物加工装置であって、
第一のレール及び第一のレールに沿って走行し被加工物を搬送及び搬出する走行体を有する搬送搬出ユニット、
上記第一のレールの始端付近の一方側に配設され、上記搬送搬出ユニットに未加工の被加工物を供給する供給ユニット、
上記第一レールの始端付近の他方側に配設され、上記搬送搬出ユニットから加工済みの被加工物を排出する排出ユニット、及び
上記第一のレールに沿って配設され、上記被加工物を加工する複数の加工ユニット
を備え、
上記複数の加工ユニットが、それぞれ
加工する被加工物を保持する加工テーブル、及び
上記第一のレールと交差する方向に、加工テーブルが加工位置から上記搬送排出ユニットと被加工物を受け渡す受け渡し位置までの間を移動するよう配設された第二のレール
を有し、
上記搬送搬出ユニットが、
上記走行体に取り付けられ、第一のレールの配設方向に沿った軸を中心に回転する回転体、及び
この回転体に設けられ、回転体の回転により上記受け渡し位置の加工テーブルに選択的に対面する少なくとも二箇所に配設された被加工物保持部
をさらに備えていることを特徴とする。
1.少なくとも二箇所の被加工物保持部のうち一方に、供給ユニットを介して未加工の被加工物を供給するステップ、
2.被加工物保持部において未加工の被加工物を保持した走行体を、穴あけ加工ユニットの加工テーブルの受け渡し位置まで走行せしめるステップ、
3.受け渡し位置の穴あけ加工ユニットの加工テーブルが保持する穴あけ加工済みの被加工物を、上記少なくとも二箇所の被加工物保持部のうち他方が受け取るステップ、
4.回転体を回転させて、上記穴あけ加工済みの被加工物を受け渡した加工テーブルに上記一方の被加工物保持部が保持する未加工の加工物を受け渡すステップ、
5.被加工物保持部において穴あけ加工済みの被加工物を保持した走行体を、研削ユニットの加工テーブルの受け渡し位置まで走行せしめるステップ、
6.受け渡し位置の研削ユニットの加工テーブルが保持する研削済みの被加工物を、上記一方の被加工物保持部が受け取るステップ、
7.回転体を回転させて、上記研削済みの被加工物を受け渡した加工テーブルに上記他方の被加工物保持部が保持する穴あけ加工済みの加工物を受け渡すステップ、
8.被加工物保持部において研削済みの被加工物を保持した走行体を、研磨ユニットの加工テーブルの受け渡し位置まで走行せしめるステップ、
9.受け渡し位置の研磨ユニットの加工テーブルが保持する研磨済みの被加工物を、上記他方の被加工物保持部が受け取るステップ、
10.回転体を回転させて、上記研磨済みの被加工物を受け渡した加工テーブルに上記一方の被加工物保持部が保持する研削済みの加工物を受け渡すステップ、
11.被加工物保持部において研磨済みの被加工物を保持した走行体を、排出ユニットによる排出位置まで走行せしめるステップ、及び
12.上記他方の被加工物保持部が保持する研磨済みの被加工物を排出ユニットを介して排出するステップ
を行うよう制御するものも採用可能である。

Claims (9)
- 薄板状の被加工物を加工する薄板状物加工装置であって、
第一のレール及び第一のレールに沿って走行し被加工物を搬送及び搬出する走行体を有する搬送搬出ユニット、
上記第一のレールの始端付近の一方側に配設され、上記搬送搬出ユニットに未加工の被加工物を供給する供給ユニット、
上記第一レールの始端付近の他方側に配設され、上記搬送搬出ユニットから加工済みの被加工物を排出する排出ユニット、及び
上記第一のレールに沿って配設され、上記被加工物を加工する複数の加工ユニット
を備え、
上記複数の加工ユニットが、それぞれ
加工する被加工物を保持する加工テーブル、及び
上記第一のレールと交差する方向に、加工テーブルが加工位置から上記搬送排出ユニットと被加工物を受け渡す受け渡し位置までの間を移動するよう配設された第二のレール
を有し、
上記搬送搬出ユニットが、
上記走行体に取り付けられ、第一のレールの配設方向に沿った軸を中心に回転する回転体、及び
この回転体に設けられ、回転体の回転により上記受け渡し位置の加工テーブルに選択的に対面する少なくとも二箇所に配設された被加工物保持部
をさらに備えていることを特徴とする薄板状物加工装置。 - 上記回転体が、上記走行体に、受け渡し位置の加工テーブル側に接近・離反可能に取付けられている請求項1に記載の薄板状物加工装置。
- 上記搬送搬出手段が、走行体に取り付けられたカメラをさらに備える請求項1又は請求項2に記載の薄板状物加工装置。
- 上記カメラが、上記回転体よりも受け渡し位置の加工テーブルの反対側において上記走行体に取り付けられ、
上記回転体に、所定の回転角においてカメラから受け渡し位置の加工テーブルが視認できる視認可能領域が形成されている請求項3に記載の薄板状物加工装置。 - 上記回転体が、対向する一対の対向壁を有し、
この対向壁に、それぞれ外側に向けて上記被加工物保持部が設けられている請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の薄板状物加工装置。 - 上記加工テーブルが、被加工物をそれぞれ保持可能な複数の保持手段を有し、
上記少なくとも二箇所の被加工物保持部のそれぞれが、上記保持手段に対応した複数の被加工物保持手段を有する請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の薄板状物加工装置。 - 上記複数の加工ユニットの全てが、加工位置が第一のレールに対して同一側に位置するよう配設されている請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の薄板状物加工装置。
- 上記走行体及び回転体の動作を制御する制御手段をさらに備え、
この制御手段が、
少なくとも二箇所の被加工物保持部のうち一方に、供給ユニットを介して未加工の被加工物を供給するステップ、
被加工物保持部において未加工の被加工物を保持した走行体を、加工テーブルの受け渡し位置まで走行せしめるステップ、
受け渡し位置の加工テーブルが保持する加工済みの被加工物を、上記少なくとも二箇所の被加工物保持部のうち他方が受け取るステップ、
回転体を回転させて、上記加工済みの被加工物を受け渡した加工テーブルに上記一方の被加工物保持部が保持する未加工の加工物を受け渡すステップ、
被加工物保持部において加工済みの被加工物を保持した走行体を、排出ユニットによる排出位置まで走行せしめるステップ、及び
上記他方の被加工物保持部が保持する加工済みの被加工物を排出ユニットを介して排出するステップ
を行うよう制御する請求項1から請求項7にいずれか1項に記載の薄板状物加工装置。 - 請求項1から請求項8にいずれか1項に記載の薄板状物加工装置により加工する工程を備える薄板状部材の製造方法。
