Description
Claims (11)
- リグノセルロースバイオマスを分画する方法であって、そのプロセスは:
ポリリン酸でリグノセルロースを消化する工程;
80%濃度でエタノールを含む第一の溶媒でセルロースおよびヘミセルロースを沈殿させ、リグニンを可溶化する工程;
沈殿させたセルロースおよびヘミセルロースから可溶化したリグニンを分離する工程;ならびに
沈殿したセルロース、ヘミセルロースおよび前記第一の溶媒を蒸気、真空またはそれらの組み合わせに暴露して沈殿したセルロースおよびヘミセルロースから前記第一の溶媒を除去処理する工程:
を含み、
該プロセスが非晶質セルロース水和物および非晶質ヘミセルロース水和物の混合物をもたらす方法。 - ヘミセルロースからセルロースを分離する工程を含まない請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第一の溶媒がCO2、SO2、O3、あるいはそれらの2つの、または3つすべての混合物をさらに含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第一の溶媒以外の溶媒の使用を含まない請求項1記載の方法。

原料リグノセルロースバイオマスを消化するための消化装置;
セルロースおよびヘミセルロースを沈殿させ、リグニンを可溶化するための沈殿タンク;
前記沈殿タンクに接続され、沈殿セルロースおよびヘミセルロースを洗浄するための洗浄装置;
前記洗浄装置に接続され、沈殿セルロースおよびヘミセルロースから溶媒を除去処理するための除去装置;
前記除去装置に接続され、沈殿セルロースおよびヘミセルロースを加水分解するための加水分解タンク;
前記洗浄装置に接続され、前記洗浄装置からの洗浄液成分を分離するための蒸留塔;
ポリリン酸を分離するための炉;
を含み、
前記蒸留塔は、分画/蒸留塔ではなく、
ヘミセルロースからセルロースを分離するための分離器を含まないシステム。 - リグノセルロースバイオマスを分画する方法であって、そのプロセスは:
ポリリン酸でリグノセルロースを消化する工程;
メタノール、エタノール、1−プロパノール、2−プロパノール、アセトン、プロパナール、1−ブタノール、2−ブタノール、ブタナール、ブタノン(メチルエチルケトン)、t−ブタノール、水のうち1つ以上を含む第一の溶媒でセルロースおよびヘミセルロースを沈殿させ、リグニンを可溶化する工程;
沈殿させたセルロースおよびヘミセルロースから可溶化したリグニンを分離する工程;ならびに
沈殿したセルロース、ヘミセルロースおよび前記第一の溶媒を蒸気、真空またはそれらの組み合わせに暴露して沈殿したセルロースおよびヘミセルロースから前記第一の溶媒を除去処理する工程:
を含み、
該プロセスが非晶質セルロース水和物および非晶質ヘミセルロース水和物の混合物をもたらす方法。
