Description
R1およびR2は、水素、15個までの炭素原子を有するアルカニル、アルコキシ、アルケニルまたはアルキニルを表し、該基は無置換か、Fによって一置換または多置換されており、ただし加えて、これらの基の中の1個以上のCH2基は、ヘテロ原子が直接結合しないようにして、−O−、−S−、−SO2−、−CO−、−(CO)O−、−O(CO)−または−O(CO)−O−でそれぞれ置き換えられていてもよく、または下式の基を表し、
Z1、Z2、Z3およびZ4は、単結合、−CF2O−、−OCF2−、−CH2CH2−、−CF2CF2−、−CF2CH2−、−CH2CF2−、−CHF−CHF−、−(CO)O−、−O(CO)−、−CH2O−、−OCH2−、−CF=CH−、−CH=CF−、−CF=CF−、−CH=CH−または−C≡C−を表し、

亜鉛粉末(40g;0.61mmol)および酢酸銅(II)一水和物(2.50g;12.5mmol)をアルケン(1)(79.0g;0.35mmol)の0.75lのジエチルエーテル溶液中に加える。60mlのトリクロロアセチルクロリド(0.53mmol)を30分かけて滴下により加え、発熱反応が開始するまで撹拌を続ける。8時間の撹拌後、混合物をCelite(登録商標)に通して濾過し、溶液を水および飽和NaCl溶液で洗浄し、Na2SO4上で乾燥し、減圧下で蒸発させる。茶色の残渣を、1−クロロブタンを使用してシリカゲルの層を通し精製する。黄色オイル(2)。
約25mlのTHF中のカリウムtert−ブトキシド(3.20g;28.5mmol)を、50mlのTHF中のトリフェニルホスホニウム塩(8)(14.9g;22.8mmol)に0℃で滴下により加える。15分後、パラホルムアルデヒド(0.90g;28.4mmol)を0℃で加える。混合物を1時間、室温で撹拌する。水を混合物に加え、それを準濃HClを使用して酸性とし、MTBエーテルで3回抽出する。有機相を水および飽和NaCl溶液で洗浄し、Na2SO4上で乾燥する。濾液を減圧下で蒸発させ、ヘプタンを使用してシリカゲル上で精製する。黄色がかった結晶(9)。
アゾジカルボン酸ジイソプロピル(1.70ml;8.74mmol)を、50mlのTHF中のフェノール(10)(2.20g;7.52mmol)、トリフェニルホスフィン(2.30g;8.76mmol)およびエタノール(0.50ml;8.57mmol)の溶液に室温で滴下により加える。混合物を12時間撹拌し、減圧下で溶媒を遊離させ、シリカゲル上およびメタノールからの再結晶により精製する。融点59℃。
アルケン(16)を、ケトン(15)(1.40g;3.92mmol)、メチルトリフェニルホスホニウムブロミド(2.10g;5.87mmol)およびカリウムtert−ブトキシド(0.65g;5.89mmol)より、例2.6に類似して調製する。黄色のオイルを、同じ方法で精製する。無色の結晶(16)。融点85℃。
ヘキサン中のn−BuLi(15%;18.2ml;29.9mmol)を10mlの乾燥THF中のエトキシジフルオロベンゼン(18)(4.73g;29.9mmol)に加え、温度が−65℃より高く上昇しないような速度で。−70℃で溶解する。混合物を1時間撹拌後、20mlのTHF中のケトン(7.00g;29.8mmol)を、徐々に滴下で加える(<−65℃)。冷却浴を取り外し、混合物を12時間、室温で撹拌する。水を用いて反応物を加水分解し、濃塩酸を用いてpH5〜7に調整し、有機相を分離し除去する。乾燥および蒸発させて粗生成物を得て、ジクロロメタンを使用してシリカゲル上のクロマトグラフィーにより精製する。
臭素(1.45ml;28mmol)を40mlのアセトニトリル中のトリフェニルホスフィン(7.43g;28.0mmol)の溶液に、滴下により、5分間かけて、0〜5℃で加え、混合物を1時間0℃で撹拌し、アルコール(18)(11.0g;28.0mmol)を加える。混合物を24時間、室温で撹拌後、溶媒を減圧下で除去し、生成物をヘプタン(200ml)中に取り集め、溶液を激しく30分間撹拌する。溶液を濾過し、残渣をヘプタンですすぐ。減圧下で溶媒を除去し粗生成物(21)を得て、ペンタン/1−クロロブタンを使用しシリカゲル上のクロマトグラフィーにより精製する。
20mlのTHF中の臭化物(21)(3.30g;7.24mmol)を、トリエチルアミン(1.5g;14.8mol)および炭素上パラジウム(5%;0.83g)と、20時間、60℃、5barの水素下で反応させる。濾過後、減圧下で溶媒を除去する。ジクロロメタンを用いてシリカゲルに通し化合物(22)を精製して、エタノールを用いて結晶化する。無色の結晶(22)。融点96℃。
Claims (13)
- 一般式Iの化合物。
R1は下式の構造要素を表し、
Z1、Z2、Z3およびZ4は、互いに独立に、同一または異なって、単結合、−CH2O−、−OCH2−、−CH2CH2−、−CF2CF2−または−CH=CH−を表し、
a、b、cおよびdは、互いに独立に、同一または異なって、0、1または2を表し、但しa+b+c+dは、1、2または3であり、および
nおよびmは、互いに独立に、同一または異なって、0または1を表す。) - 一般式Iの化合物。
R1およびR2は、互いに独立に、同一または異なって、水素、15個までの炭素原子を有するアルカニル、アルコキシ、アルケニルまたはアルキニルを表し、該基は無置換か、Fによって一置換または多置換されており、ただし加えて、これらの基の中の1個以上のCH2基は、ヘテロ原子が直接結合しないようにして、−O−、−S−、−SO2−、−CO−、−(CO)O−、−O(CO)−または−O(CO)−O−でそれぞれ置き換えられていてもよく、または下式の基を表し、
Z1、Z2、Z3およびZ4は、互いに独立に、同一または異なって、単結合、−CH2O−、−OCH2−、−CH2CH2−、−CF2CF2−または−CH=CH−を表し、
a、b、cおよびdは、互いに独立に、同一または異なって、0、1または2を表し、但しa+b+c+dは、1、2または3であり、および
nは1を表し、mは、0または1を表し、
存在するA1、A2、A3およびA4からの少なくとも1つの基は下式の構造要素を表す。
- mおよびnは1であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の化合物。
- 式IA2、IB2およびIC4から成る群より選ばれることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の化合物。
A 1 、A 2 およびZ 2 は、請求項1または2において定義される通りであり、
R 11 およびR 22 は、互いに独立に、水素、15個までの炭素原子を有し無置換であるかFにより一置換または多置換されているアルカニル、アルコキシ、アルケニルまたはアルキニルであり、ただし加えて、これらの基の中の1個以上のCH 2 基はそれぞれ互いに独立にヘテロ原子が直接結合しないように−O−、−S−、−SO 2 −、−CO−、−(CO)O−、−O(CO)−または−O(CO)−O−で置き換えられていてもよい。) - mおよびnは0であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化合物。
- cおよびdは0であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3および5のいずれか1項に記載の化合物。
- R2はC1〜8アルコキシまたはアルケニルオキシを表すことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の化合物。
- トリクロロアセチルクロリドを使用して末端アルケンの二重結合を2,2−ジクロロシクロブタン−1−オン−3−イル化合物に転化する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の式Iの化合物の調製方法。
- 液晶媒体中での請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の式Iの化合物の使用。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の式Iの化合物を少なくとも1種類含むことを特徴とする、少なくとも2種類の液晶化合物を有する液晶媒体。
- 請求項12記載の液晶媒体を含有する電気光学的ディスプレイ素子。
