Claims (41)
- 第1及び第2の導電層と、
前記第1及び第2の導電層の間に位置する多孔質層であって、該多孔質層のポアが前記導電層に対して実質的に垂直な方向に延伸している、少なくとも1つの多孔質層と、
を備えた繊維製品であって、
前記第1及び第2の導電層の双方は、水を輸送することができ、
前記導電層は、電気信号発生器に接続されて、使用中において、
電圧が前記多孔質層を横切って印加され前記繊維製品を横切る液体の指向性の流れをもたらし、
電圧が前記導電層の少なくとも1つに沿っても印加されて前記繊維製品の加熱をもたらすようにされることを特徴とする繊維製品。 - 請求項1に記載の繊維製品であって、前記電気信号発生器は繊維製品内に配されていることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の繊維製品であって、前記導電層は、電気的接点により前記信号発生器に接続されていることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項3に記載の繊維製品であって、各導電層が第1の電気的接点を有し及び少なくとも1つの導電層が追加的な電気的接点を更に有し、
前記第1の電気的接点は、使用中において、前記多孔質層を横切る電圧を印加するように電気信号発生器に接続され、
前記追加的な電気的接点は、使用中において、前記少なくとも1つの導電層に沿って電圧が印加されて前記繊維製品の加熱をもたらすように、関連する前記第1の電気的接点との動作のために前記電気信号発生器に接続されている

- 請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の繊維製品であって、前記導電層は、金属含有量3〜100重量%の金属繊維の織布であることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項9に記載の繊維製品であって、前記導電層の金属含有量は、15〜45重量%の間であることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項9又は10に記載の繊維製品であって、前記導電層は、スティール、インコネル合金又はチタニウムを含有していることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の繊維製品であって、前記導電層は、炭素繊維、金属グリッド、織った若しくは不織の多孔質膜、炭素若しくは金属充填ポリマー、又は本来的に導電性のポリマーで構築されていることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項9〜12の何れかに記載の繊維製品であって、追加的に縫い込まれた金属構造が一つ又はそれ以上の導電層と接して配され、使用中において繊維製品の加熱をもたらすことを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項9又は11に記載の繊維製品であって、使用中において繊維製品の加熱をもたらす前記一つ又はそれ以上の導電層は、50〜100重量%の金属含有量であることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項1〜14の何れかに記載の繊維製品であって、前記導電層は、銀の糸を含んでいることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項1〜15の何れかに記載の繊維製品であって、一つ又はそれ以上の吸収層を更に有していることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項1〜16の何れかに記載の繊維製品であって、前記多孔質層の何れかの側に保護層を更に有していることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項1〜17の何れかに記載の繊維製品であって、前記多孔質層と前記第1及び/又は第2の導電層との間に配された電気絶縁層を更に有していることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項1〜18の何れかに記載の繊維製品であって、層が互いに積層されていることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項1〜19の何れかに記載の繊維製品であって、前記多孔質層は、表面イオン化に起因する負電荷を有する表面にイオン性の流体が接して位置しているとき、当該負電荷を遮蔽するために、当該表面の近傍にカチオンの層が積層される古典的電気浸透による液体輸送を提供するように構成されていることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項20に記載の繊維製品であって、前記多孔質層は、疎水性のポリマーからなる多孔質膜であることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項21に記載の繊維製品であって、前記多孔質膜は、ポリエチレンからなることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項21又は22に記載の繊維製品であって、前記多孔質膜は、親水化表面処理により処理されていることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項23に記載の繊維製品であって、前記処理により、スルホン酸基がポア表面に導入されることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項21〜24の何れかに記載の繊維製品であって、前記膜の平均ポアサイズが0.03〜10μmの間であることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項25に記載の繊維製品であって、前記膜の平均ポアサイズが0.1〜1μmの間であることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項20に記載の繊維製品であって、前記多孔質層は、多孔質イオン交換膜であることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項27に記載の繊維製品であって、前記多孔質イオン交換膜は、スルホン酸のイオン化可能な基を有していることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項1〜19の何れかに記載の繊維製品であって、前記多孔質層は、第2の種類の電気浸透による液体輸送を提供するように構成されていることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項29に記載の繊維製品であって、前記多孔質層は導電手段を有し、該導電手段は、彎曲した又は導電層の表面に対して傾斜し及び5%dchar以下の表面の不規則度を有する孔壁を備えており、当該d char は、該導電層の面に垂直に測定した導電手段の面積であることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項29又は30に記載の繊維製品であって、前導電手段のポア直径が2acharより小さく、当該a char は、0.5d char であるとを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項1〜31の何れかに記載され請求項1又は6に従属する場合の繊維製品であって、前記信号発生器の制御のための制御手段を更に有していることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項32に記載の繊維製品であって、センサを更に備え、前記制御手段は、前記センサからの情報を得て、それに沿って前記信号発生器の出力を調整するように構成されていることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項33に記載の繊維製品であって、前記センサには、温度、湿度、生理学的又は電子的センサが含まれることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項1〜34の何れかに記載され請求項1又は6に従属する場合の繊維製品であって、前記電気信号発生器は、DC信号を供給して液体輸送をもたらすように構成されていることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項1〜35の何れかに記載され請求項20〜28に従属し請求項1又は6に従属する場合の繊維製品であって、前記多孔質層は非対称膜を有し、前記信号発生器はAC信号を供給して液体輸送をもたらすように構成されていることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 繊維製品内の液体の輸送及び該繊維製品の加熱のための方法であって、前記繊維製品は2つの導電層に挟まれた多孔質層を有し、前記導電層は、水を輸送することができ、
該方法は、
前記多孔質層を横切り、電気浸透により液体輸送をもたらす信号を印加するステップと、
前記導電層の少なくとも一つに沿い、加熱をもたらす信号を印加するステップと
を包含している方法。 - 請求項37に記載の方法であって、
センサから動作状態に関する情報を得るステップと、
この情報に基づいて、前記液体輸送信号と前記加熱信号とを制御するステップと
を包含している方法。 - 請求項37に記載の方法であって、
前記信号は、手動制御に応答して印加される方法。 - 請求項1〜36の何れかに記載の繊維製品を有する衣類。
- 請求項1〜36の何れかに記載の繊維製品を有する車室。
