3帯域スクリュー(L=25D)を有する50のReifenhaeuser社製単軸スクリュー押出機で第2表に示された装入物質を顆粒ないし顆粒混合物から出発して加工し、かつ2.9mmの肉厚及び32mmの外径を有する内張り材として押し出した。比較例Bと実施例1とを対比した場合、本発明によれば、より大きな材料圧力にもかかわらず、パイプを極めて高分子量のポリアミドから製造するのに明らかにより低いモーター負荷が必要であったことが分かる。
3帯域スクリュー(L=30D)を有する90のReifenhaeuser社製単軸スクリュー押出機で第3表に示された装入物質を顆粒ないし顆粒混合物から出発して加工し、かつ15.3mmの肉厚及び168.3mmの外径を有する内張り材として押し出した。比較例Dと実施例2とを対比した場合、本発明によれば、より大きな材料圧力にもかかわらず、パイプを極めて高分子量のポリアミドから製造するのに明らかにより低いモーター負荷が必要であったことが分かる。
3帯域スクリュー(L=30D)を有する60のCincinnati単軸スクリュー押出機で第4表に示された装入物質を顆粒ないし顆粒混合物から出発して加工し、かつ2.0mmの肉厚及び285mmの外径を有する内張り材として押し出した。比較例Fと実施例3とを対比した場合、本発明によれば、より大きな材料圧力にもかかわらず、パイプを極めて高分子量のポリアミドから製造するのに明らかにより低いモーター負荷が必要であったことが分かる。
Claims (7)
- 導管用の内張り材としての成形部材の製造法において、前記成形部材がポリアミド成形材料からなり、前記ポリアミド成形材料は、少なくとも2のカーボナート単位を有する化合物をポリアミドに対して0.005〜10質量%の量比で添加することにより縮合されたものであり、その際、
a)出発ポリアミド成形材料を準備し、
b)出発ポリアミド成形材料と、少なくとも2のカーボナート単位を有する化合物との予備混合物を製造し、
c)予備混合物を場合により貯蔵及び/又は輸送し、かつ
d)予備混合物を引き続き成形部材へと加工し、その際、この工程において初めて縮合を行い、
かつ、その際、成形部材が、少なくとも25mmの外径を有するパイプ又はチューブである、方法。 - 成形部材の外径が少なくとも60mmである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 成形部材の外径が少なくとも110mmである、請求項1記載の方法。
- ポリアミドが、調節剤としてのジアミン又はポリアミンの使用下に製造されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2のカーボナート単位を有する化合物をマスターバッチとして使用する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
