Claims (11)

- 疎水性試薬が、(3-クロロ-2-ヒドロキシプロピル)ジメチルドデシルアンモニウムクロリドである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 疎水性デンプンが、-0.005〜-0.07μeq/mgの総負電荷密度を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- デンプンが、根茎デンプンまたは塊茎デンプンである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- デンプンがジャガイモデンプンである、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 疎水性デンプンが架橋されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 疎水性デンプンが、トリメタリン酸ナトリウムを用いて架橋されている、請求項10に記載の方法。
