表1の試料番号4に示す組成となるように、出発原料となる炭酸塩粉末と酸化物粉末を秤量、混合し、大気中で仮焼温度800℃(試料番号41)、900℃(試料番号42)、950℃(試料番号43)、1000℃(試料番号44)、1100℃(試料番号45)、1200℃(試料番号46)で夫々3時間仮焼した。得られた仮焼粉に対して、外枠量として0.75質量%のBi2O3を添加し、ボールミルで1.1μmから1.3μm(空気透過法による測定)の大きさになるように湿式粉砕した後、乾燥した。

前記主成分を100質量%として、副成分として外枠量で0.5質量%以上3質量%以下のBi 2 O 3 を含有し、
23℃、100kHzにおける初透磁率200以上、印加磁界4000A/mでの飽和磁束密度が23℃で430mT以上、100℃で380mT以上、比抵抗106Ωm以上を満足する焼結フェライト材料。 - 前記zが0.005≦z≦0.03であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の焼結フェライト材料。
- 平均結晶粒径が7.5μm以上25μm以下である請求項1または2に記載の焼結フェライト材料。

圧力30MPaで加圧した時の初透磁率の変化率が±3.8%以内である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の焼結フェライト材料。 -
結晶粒100個あたりの粒界ポア数が20個以上である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の焼結フェライト材料。 -
圧力30MPaで加圧した時の初透磁率の変化率が±3%以内である請求項5に記載の焼結フェライト材料。 -
請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の焼結フェライト材料を用いた巻線部品。
