Description
Claims (7)
- 内部に空間をもつケーシングと;
前記ケーシングの下面に接続され、ケーシングの内部へ外気を供給する送風機と;
前記ケーシングの側面に接続され、ケーシング内部に配置された前端を通してガスを高速で射出するノズルユニットと;
前記ケーシングの底面から所定の距離を離して配置され、バーナー長手方向の両側に主炎口が規則的な間隔で形成されているバーナー天板と、バーナー天板の下側に接続されたバーナー底板とを備え、横断面が多角形に形成されているバーナー本体と、
前記バーナー本体の一端側に配置され、ノズルユニットの前端から射出されたガスを一次空気と混合し、バーナー本体の内部に流入させるベンチュリ穴を備えたベンチュリプレートと;
前記バーナー本体の他端側に配置され、ベンチュリプレートと対向するエンドプレートと;
前記バーナー本体の内側中央に水平に配置され、ベンチュリ穴から流入したガスと一次空気の混合気をバーナー本体の内側上部へ導くガイドプレートとを含み、
前記バーナー天板は、主炎口に着火を移すための着火穴が形成された第一水平部と、第一水平部の長手方向の両側縁から外側へ所定の角度で下向きに折れ曲がるように一体形成された第一傾斜部とを備え、
前記主炎口がバーナー天板の第一傾斜部を貫通するように形成されていることを特徴とするガスボイラー用バーナー。 - 前記バーナー天板及びバーナー底板が異なる材料からなる、請求項1に記載のガスボイラー用バーナー。
- 前記バーナー底板が、第一傾斜部の下端縁から内側へ下向きに広がる第二傾斜部と、第二傾斜部に水平方向へ一体形成された第二水平部とを備えている、請求項1に記載のガスボイラー用バーナー。
- 前記第一傾斜部が、主炎口を通る炎の上昇を最小限にするために、第一水平部に対して40度〜50度の角度で傾いている、請求項3に記載のガスボイラー用バーナー。
- 前記ガイドプレートは、ベンチュリ穴から流入したガスと一次空気の混合気をバーナー天板側へ円滑に流すために、一端がベンチュリプレートに接し、他端がエンドプレートから離間するように配置されている、請求項1に記載のガスボイラー用バーナー。
- 前記ケーシングの内部に少なくとも一つ以上のバーナー本体が設けられている、請求項1に記載のガスボイラー用バーナー。
- 前記バーナー本体の下側に二次空気拡散プレートを備え、該拡散プレートに二次空気をバーナー本体の外周に拡散させる多数の二次空気孔を形成し、該拡散プレートの一端をケーシングとバーナー本体に接続し、該拡散プレートの他端に上方へ折れ曲がる屈曲壁を形成し、屈曲壁にベンチュリプレートのベンチュリ穴に挿入される係止部を設けた、請求項1に記載のガスボイラー用バーナー。
