Claims (4)
- 混合気が噴出する燃焼板部と、燃焼板部の一部に対向するフレームロッドとを備えるバーナであって、燃焼板部は、額縁状のバーナ枠と、バーナ枠で囲われる開口部を覆う金属繊維製ニットと、バーナ枠との間に金属繊維製ニットを挟む、多数の分布孔が形成された分布板とで構成され、混合気が分布孔と金属繊維製ニットとを介して開口部から噴出するようにしたものにおいて、
バーナ枠の一部に、混合気が噴出する炎孔が形成され、バーナ枠の炎孔が形成された部分に対向するようにフレームロッドが配置され、
バーナ枠の炎孔が形成された部分に重なる金属繊維製ニットの部分に切欠き部が形成されることを特徴とするバーナ。 - 混合気が噴出する燃焼板部と、燃焼板部の一部に対向するフレームロッドとを備えるバーナであって、燃焼板部は、額縁状のバーナ枠と、バーナ枠で囲われる開口部を覆う金属繊維製ニットと、バーナ枠との間に金属繊維製ニットを挟む、多数の分布孔が形成された分布板とで構成され、混合気が分布孔と金属繊維製ニットとを介して開口部から噴出するようにしたものにおいて、
バーナ枠の一部に、開口部内に張出す張出し部が設けられ、この張出し部に混合気が噴出する炎孔が形成され、バーナ枠の炎孔が形成された部分である張出し部の炎孔が形成された部分に対向するようにフレームロッドが配置されることを特徴とするバーナ。 - 請求項2記載のバーナであって、前記バーナ枠に取付けられるバーナ枠とは別部品で前記張出し部を構成することを特徴とするバーナ。
- 前記フレームロッドに、前記バーナ枠の前記炎孔が形成された部分に対向する本体部分と、本体部分から前記開口部の内方にのびる延長部分とが設けられ、延長部分は、本体部分よりも前記燃焼板部から離れていることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか1項記載のバーナ。
