Claims (3)
- 金属薄板プレート(4)またはコイルを曲げ過程において加工成形して、横断面円形の管体(1.2)を形成し、後続の溶接過程(b)において互いに向かい合わされた長手方向縁部に沿って溶接して、一貫して延びるシームを形成し、引き続き応力除去処理を施して、鋼管を製造する方法において、曲げ過程を加工成形過程として実施し、該加工成形過程において、金属薄板プレート(4)を送りながら、加工成形装置(30)によって成形型を用いて金属薄板プレート(4)を成形して、徐々に曲げ成形部分(1.1)を形成し、最終的には環状に曲げられた管体(1.2)を形成し、応力除去処理を、真円矯正のための過程(c)において、円周に沿って管の長手方向軸線に関して少なくとも所定の区分において圧縮による冷間変形の間に実施し、真円矯正時に、管体の全周にわたって管体の塑性変形を行い、真円矯正および応力除去を、外方から管軸線に対して半径方向に押圧動作を行う、周方向でずらされた少なくとも3つの、管(1)の周面輪郭に所定の区分にわたって適合された矯正シェル(11,12,13,14)を備えた矯正ラムによって実施し、
真円矯正時に応力除去のために、周方向における圧縮と、ハイドロリック的な応力除去とを互いに組み合わせ、該ハイドロリック的な応力除去のために、管内部の圧力媒体によって、外方へ向けられた圧力(p)を内側の管面に加えることを特徴とする、鋼管を製造する方法。 - 真円矯正時に、予め設定された管外径(ra)または予め設定された管内径(ri)への調節を行う、請求項1記載の方法。
- 制御装置を用いた開ループ式もしくは閉ループ式の制御下に、管体の圧縮および逆方向におけるハイドロリック的な応力除去を生ぜしめる、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
