Description

The present invention relates to a sash window incorporating a screen door device.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known a pulling-type sash window in which an internal and external shoji can easily travel without an airtight material coming into contact with the unlocked internal and external shoji.
When a screen door is disposed on this pulling-type sash window, it is common to dispose the screen door outside the shoji of the window frame.
For example, in Patent Document 1 that discloses a pulling-type sash window, although the screen door is not shown, a space for the screen door is provided outside the door as shown in FIG. A fin is arranged on the upper frame of the window frame to prevent blurring of the screen paper against the screen door.
JP 2001-173310 A

However, when a screen door is attached to the sash of Patent Document 1, the expected width of the window frame swells and lacks compactness, and the net is easily soiled because the net is still stretched on the screen door frame. In addition to the demerit that the opening and closing of the shoji is separate and the usability is complicated, the fins are protruding from the vertical frame and the cassette-type roll screen cannot be placed between the shoji and the window frame. was there.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and is an easy-to-use sash that is combined with an optimal mesh member for a pull-in type sash window, and the opening and closing of the mesh member is linked with the opening and closing of the shoji. An object is to provide a sash window that is provided with a window, other insect-proofing measures for mesh members, and measures against wind pressure.

In order to solve the above problems, a window frame in which an airtight line is provided on the indoor side of the shoji, a screen door storing portion disposed on the window frame and facing the shoji sash of the shoji screen, the screen door storing portion, and the A moving hood arranged between shoji hoods, a mesh member housed in the screen door storage section and having a distal end attached to the moving skirt, and a traveling range of the moving skirt, and on the window frame A travel guide portion provided on the frame, and the upper and lower ends of the mesh member are positioned between the upper and lower frames and between the travel guide portion and the lower rail and the airtight material mounting fins of the upper and lower frames. A sash window characterized by the above (invention of claim 1).

The moving sash window is a sash window characterized by being able to follow the movement of the shoji sash (the invention of claim 2).
Furthermore, when the mesh member is opened, the upper and lower frames are provided with insect repellent materials that can close the gap while facing the upper and lower ends of the mesh member (Invention of Claim 3) .

According to the present invention, in the pulling-type sash window, in order to enable smooth travel of the moving stile, the traveling guide portion is provided on the upper frame of the window frame in correspondence with the traveling range of the moving stile. In the pulling type sash window, the opening and closing curtain of the mesh member can be smoothly performed, and the opening and closing of the mesh member and the opening and closing of the shoji can be linked to make the sash window easy to use.

The sash window is a terrace type sash window as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, and the airtight piece 49 forming the airtight line shown in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 4 or the like, the screen door device 1 is incorporated into the window frame 4 provided on the indoor side of the door, and the screen door device is mounted on the upper frame 43 of the window frame 4 as shown in FIGS. 5 (A) and 5 (B). 1, travel guide portions 41 </ b> A and 41 </ b> B for travel of the moving stile 6 constituting 1 are provided.
The sash window exhibits airtightness, watertightness, and sound insulation performance when the internal and external shojis 2 and 3 are drawn indoors by a drawing mechanism (not shown) when locked and are pressed against the airtight piece 49.
As shown in FIG. 4, the screen door device 1 is a screen door storage case 5, 5 as a screen door storage portion disposed on the facing surface 40 of the window frame 4 facing the shoji stiles 20, 30 of the inner and outer shoji 2, 3. The moving stiles 6 and 6 that are arranged between the cases 5 and 5 and the respective shoji stiles 20 and 30 and follow the movement of the respective shoji stiles 20 and 30 are stored in the screen door storage cases 5 and 5. And a mesh member 7 having a distal end attached to the moving stiles 6 and 6.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 11 and the like described later, the screen door device 1 is provided with a screen door catch 8 and a receiver 8A that can operate the moving stiles 6 and 6 detachably with respect to the respective shoji sashes 20 and 30. Configured.

As shown in FIG. 5 (A), the traveling guide portion 41A is for traveling the moving sill 6 of the screen door device 1 incorporated on the side of the inner shoji 2 and is disposed on the upper frame 43 in the traveling range of the traveling sill 6. It is detachable.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5B, the travel guide portion 41 </ b> B is for traveling the moving sill 6 of the screen door device 1 incorporated on the side of the outer screen 3, and the upper frame 43 in the traveling range of the moving sill 6. Is detachably provided.
The sash window of the embodiment has a pulling-type configuration, and the traveling guide portions for traveling the inner and outer shoji 2 and 3 are not necessary to prevent the pulling, and the upper frame 43 on which the moving stiles 6 and 6 do not travel. Is not provided (see FIGS. 5A and 5B).
The lower rails 42 for traveling the moving stiles 6 and 6 are provided on the lower frame 44, respectively. The lower rail 42 also serves as a traveling rail for the respective shojis 2 and 3.

The positions where the travel guide portions 41A and 41B are provided are substantially on the vertical lines of the lower rails 42. Therefore, even when the moving stiles 6 and 6 follow the movements of the respective shoji stiles 20 and 30, and when the moving stiles 6 and 6 move independently, smooth running is possible, and the mesh member 7 is smooth. The opening and closing curtain is made possible.
The traveling grooves 61 and 62 for the traveling guide portions 41A and 41B formed at the upper end of each moving stile 6 are configured to fit the traveling guide portions 41A and 41B.
U-shaped grooves 21 and 31 are formed at the upper ends of the respective shoji skirts 20 and 30, which are travel guides when the moving stiles 6 and 6 follow the movement of the respective shoji stiles 20 and 30. This is to prevent the portions 41A and 41B from obstructing the traveling of the respective shoji hoods 20 and 30.
The U-shaped grooves 21 and 31 are provided with a predetermined play with respect to the traveling guide portions 41A and 41B so that the inclination is not hindered even if they are slightly inclined by the pulling of the respective shojis 2 and 3. Yes.
In addition, as above-mentioned, the traveling guide part is unnecessary for the pull-in type internal and external shoji 2,3. Therefore, it is not necessary to form the U-shaped grooves 21 and 31 so that the leading ends of the travel guide portions 41A and 41B do not contact the upper ends of the respective shojis 2 and 3.

Since the inner and outer shojis 2 and 3 and the screen door devices 1 arranged on them have substantially the same configuration, an example of the configuration of the screen door device 1 of either the inner shoji 2 or the outer shoji 3 will be described.

Although not shown in detail, the screen door storage case 5 has a long shape whose lower end is in contact with the lower frame 44 of the window frame 4 so that the upper end of the case faces the upper frame 43 of the window frame 4. A mesh member 7 is housed in the case, the base end of which is attached to the rotating shaft, the end of which is attached to the moving sill 6 and is always urged in the closing direction. The mesh member 7 can be opened and closed from the entrance / exit 501 of the case 5 by sliding the moving sill 6.

The moving sill 6 has a long shape whose upper and lower ends are slightly shorter than the screen storage case 5, and has a mounting part 600 that can be mounted by bending the end of the mesh member 7 with a plate 72 as shown in FIG. 4. It is comprised so that driving | running | working guide part 41A, 41B and the lower rail 42 can drive | work.
In addition, the saddle facing portion 602 where the moving sill 6 faces the shoji sash 30 is provided with a plurality of receptacles 8A (see FIG. 11) for receiving the sickle of the screen door catch 8 on the shoji sash 30 side.
When the moving sill 6 configured as described above and the screen door storage case 5 come into contact with each other, the moving stile 6 substantially closes the entrance / exit 501 of the screen door storage case 5.
Further, when the screen door catch 8 of the shoji sash 30 and the receiving 8A of the moving sill 6 are engaged, the moving sill 6 moves following the opening / closing of the shoji 3.

In the sash window according to the embodiment, when the mesh member 7 is opened, the upper and lower frames 43, 44 of the window frame 4 are opposed to the upper and lower ends 70, 71 of the mesh member 7 as shown in FIG. An insect repellent material 9 capable of closing the gap G is provided.
The insect repellent material 9 can close the gap G formed between the upper and lower ends 70 and 71 of the mesh member 7 and the upper and lower frames 43 and 44 of the window frame 4 when the mesh member 7 is opened. These are long members arranged along the upper and lower frames 43 and 44 and within the range of the opening / closing curtain of the mesh member 7.
This gap G is a gap required when the screen door storage case 5 is attached to or removed from the facing surface 40 of the window frame 4.
The insect repellent material 9 that closes the gap G between the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 and the upper frame 43 of the window frame 4 is press-fitted into the attachment groove 430 of the upper frame 43 as shown in FIG. And a lower facing portion 91 facing downward toward the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7, and the tip of the lower facing portion 91 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape in order to stabilize the shape.
The insect repellent material 9 of the embodiment is formed by two-color molding made of rubber or synthetic resin, and the press-fit portion 90 has high hardness while the lower facing portion 91 has low hardness. does not change.

A gap g is formed between the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 facing the tip of the lower facing portion 91 of the insect repellent material 9, and the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 is formed on the lower facing portion 91. In order to prevent the tip from being rubbed and to allow the moving stile 6 to run smoothly, the width is difficult for insects and the like to enter the room, for example, about 1.5 mm.

The insect repellent material 9 is arranged along the upper frame 43, and its specific position corresponds to the position of the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 to be opened and closed.
In this embodiment, the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 is opened and closed between the travel guide portion 41 </ b> A or 41 </ b> B and the airtight material mounting fin 48. This is to prevent the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 from getting over the traveling guide portion 41A or 41B against a strong wind pressure (positive pressure) from the outdoor side. Therefore, the mesh member 7 can be protected without the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 being opened and closed while being wound on the travel guide portion 41A or 41B. On the other hand, the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 can flexibly cope with the wind pressure (negative pressure) from the indoor side by hitting the side surface of the travel guide portion 41A or 41B.
In order to make such countermeasures against wind pressure and insect repellent measures compatible with the insect repellent material 9, the insect repellent material 9 also faces the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 between the traveling guide portion 41 </ b> A or 41 </ b> B and the airtight material mounting fin 48 of the window frame 4. Are arranged on a substantially vertical line.

Note that the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 for the inner shoji 2 is brought closer to the indoor side surface of the travel guide portion 41A, while the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 for the outer shoji 3 is closer to the airtight material mounting fin 48. Is located.

The insect repellent material 9 that closes the gap G between the lower end 71 of the mesh member 7 and the lower frame 44 of the window frame 4 is press-fitted into the attachment groove 430 of the lower frame 44 as shown in FIG. And the upper facing portion 92 facing upward toward the lower end 71 of the mesh member 7, and the tip of the upper facing portion 92 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and its strength is supplemented. Other configurations and effects are the same as those of the insect repellent material 9.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, a plurality of the lower facing portions 91 and the upper facing portions 92 of the insect repellent material 9 may be provided.
In this case, since the plurality of lower facing portions 91 and the upper facing portions 92 can cope with the displacement of the upper and lower ends 70 and 71 of the mesh member 7 due to wind pressure, it is possible to effectively take measures against wind pressure and insect repellent by the insect repellent material 9. Both can be achieved.
In order to effectively achieve both the wind pressure countermeasure and the insect repellent countermeasure by the insect repellent material 9, the upper and lower ends 70, 71 of the mesh member 7 that is opened and closed with the insect repellent material 9 are moved to the right and left in the drawing while moving a plurality of positions. Of the book's lower facing portion 91 and upper facing portion 92, the most appropriate lower facing portion 91 and upper facing portion 92 may be selected and adjusted.

As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the screen door catch 8 includes inner and outer operation levers 80 and 81, a catch body 82 fixed to the legs 800 and 810, and an interlock connected to the body 82. The plate 83 includes a sickle 84 fixed to the interlocking plate 83, and an interlocking plate guide 85 that guides the ascent and descent of the interlocking plate 83. Another sickle (not shown) is fixed to the interlocking plate 83, and the upper and lower sickles 84 are moved up and down in conjunction with the lifting and lowering operation of the inner and outer operation levers 80 and 81, and the receivers 8A and 8A and the sickle 84 and the like are moved up and down. The engagement operation is performed. The sickle 84 and the receiver 8A of the screen door catch 8 are substantially located in a plane formed by the travel guide portion and the lower rail 42. A member denoted by reference numeral “47” is a metal fitting for pulling the shoji hood 30 to the window frame 4 in order to improve the airtight state between the shoji hood 30 and the window frame 4.

The screen door apparatus 1 configured as described above has the following effects.
1. Since the traveling guide portions 41A and 41B and the lower rails 42 for traveling of the respective shoji 2, 3 and the respective moving stiles 6 and 6 are provided on a substantially vertical line, the moving stiles 6 and 6 are connected to the respective shoji stiles 20 and 30. Smooth travel is also possible when following the movement of the vehicle and also when the moving stiles 6 and 6 move independently.
2. The moving stiles 6 and 6 are not involved in the attraction of the airtight piece 49 that acts when locking the inner and outer shoji 2 and 3, and the U-shaped groove at the upper end of each of the shoji stiles 20 and 30. Since 21 and 31 are provided with predetermined play with respect to the traveling guide portions 41A and 41B, the traveling guide portions 41A and 41B do not prevent the inner and outer shoji 2 and 3 from being attracted to the airtight piece 49.
3. There is no fin on the side of the vertical frame 45 of the window frame 4, and the screen door storage case 5 can be brought into close contact with the facing surface 40 of the window frame 4.
4). The upper frame 43 of the window frame 4 on which the external shoji 3 travels does not need to be provided with fins that prevent the external shoji 3 from shaking against the screen door.
5. Since the gap G (see FIG. 5) is formed, the cassette-type screen door storage case 5 can be easily attached and detached and the gap G can be blocked by the insect repellent material 9 while satisfying the need for maintenance and the like. Because it can, insecticidal effect is demonstrated.
6). Since the upper and lower ends 70 and 71 of the mesh member 7 to be opened and closed are positioned between the travel guide portion and the lower rail 42 and the airtight material mounting fin 48, the mesh member is against the strong wind pressure from the outdoor side. The upper and lower ends 70, 71 of the 7 do not get over the travel guide portion and the lower rail 42 and come into contact with the outdoor side surface of the airtight material mounting fin 48. Therefore, the upper and lower ends 70 and 71 of the mesh member 7 can be protected without being opened and closed while being wound on the travel guide portion and the lower rail 42.
7). On the other hand, the upper and lower ends 70 and 71 of the mesh member 7 can flexibly correspond to the wind pressure from the indoor side so as to be in contact with the travel guide portion and the lower rail 42, and the protection can be achieved.
8). Since the lower facing portion 91 and the upper facing portion 92 of the insect repellent material 9 are in positions where they abut against the upper and lower ends 70, 71 of the mesh member 7, it is possible to provide an insecticidal effect and a measure against wind pressure.
9. When there are a plurality of the lower opposing portions 91 and the upper opposing portions 92 of the insect repellent material 9, the movement of the upper and lower ends 70 and 71 of the mesh member 7 due to wind pressure causes the plurality of lower opposing portions 91 and the upper opposing portions to face each other. Since the unit 92 can cope with this, it is possible to more effectively achieve both wind pressure countermeasures and insect repellent countermeasures using the insect repellent material 10. Since the screen catch 8 and the receiver 8A are normally maintained in an engaged state, the screen door device is easy to use.
