Claims (10)
- 内径面に底面が円弧面とされたトラック溝を形成した外側継手部材と、外径面に底面が円弧面とされたトラック溝を形成した内側継手部材と、前記外側継手部材のトラック溝と前記内側継手部材のトラック溝との対で形成されるボールトラックに配置される複数のトルク伝達ボールと、前記外側継手部材の内径面と前記内側継手部材の外径面との間に介在すると共に前記トルク伝達ボールを保持するケージを備えた固定式等速自在継手において、
外側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心と、内側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心とは、軸方向のオフセットを0とするとともに、前記外側継手部材及び内側継手部材は、それぞれ、軸線に対して互いに逆方向に傾いたトラック溝が円周方向に交互に形成され、かつ、外側継手部材の内径面における継手中心よりも奥側を円筒面とするとともに、外側継手部材の内径面における継手中心よりも入口側をケージの外球面に摺接する球面としたことを特徴とする固定式等速自在継手。 - 内径面に底面が円弧面とされたトラック溝を形成した外側継手部材と、外径面に底面が円弧面とされたトラック溝を形成した内側継手部材と、前記外側継手部材のトラック溝と前記内側継手部材のトラック溝との対で形成されるボールトラックに配置される複数のトルク伝達ボールと、前記外側継手部材の内径面と前記内側継手部材の外径面との間に介在すると共に前記トルク伝達ボールを保持するケージを備えた固定式等速自在継手において、
外側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心と、内側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心とは、軸方向のオフセットを0とするとともに、前記外側継手部材及び内側継手部材は、それぞれ、軸線に対して互いに逆方向に傾いたトラック溝が円周方向に交互に形成され、かつ、外側継手部材の内径面における継手中心よりも入口側を円筒面とするとともに、外側継手部材の内径面における継手中心よりも奥側をケージの外球面に摺接する球面としたことを特徴とする固定式等速自在継手。 - 外側継手部材の内径面の仕上げ加工を省略していることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 外側継手部材の内径面が鍛造にて成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- ケージの外径面の仕上げ加工を省略していることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- トラック溝が鍛造にて成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- トラック溝が機械加工にて成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 前記ボールは、6個、8個あるいは10個の中から選択されるいずれかの個数であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 外側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心と、内側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心とを継手中心に対して径方向にずらせたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 自動車のプロペラシャフトに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
