請求項1は、
生体骨に近い強度特性を有し、かつ、生体内非吸収非分解性であるプラスチック部材と生体活性を有する多孔体とにより形成されて成る生体インプラントであって、前記多孔体における表面開口気孔が前記プラスチック部材で充たされており、前記多孔体が表面に露出していることを特徴とする生体インプラントであり、

前記プラスチック部材が多孔体の表面に露出しており、前記プラスチック部材の露出表面に多孔質層が形成されて成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体インプラントであり、
請求項3は、
前記多孔質層は、小径気孔と大径気孔とを有し、前記小径気孔及び大径気孔の一部は前記多孔質層の表面に開口する開気孔を形成し、前記開気孔は平均開気孔径が5μm以下の小径開気孔と平均開気孔径が10〜200μmの大径開気孔とを有し、前記多孔質層の表面に開口する大径開気孔は、その内壁面に小径気孔及び大径気孔と連通する連通孔が形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の生体インプラントであり、

前記プラスチック部材が、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンにより形成されて成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の生体インプラントであり、
請求項5は、
前記多孔体が、リン酸カルシウム化合物により形成されて成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の生体インプラントであり、
請求項6は、
前記リン酸カルシウム化合物が、水酸アパタイト又はリン酸三カルシウム又はこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の生体インプラントである。

Claims (6)
- 生体骨に近い強度特性を有し、かつ、生体内非吸収非分解性であるプラスチック部材と生体活性を有する多孔体とにより形成されて成る生体インプラントであって、前記多孔体における表面開口気孔が前記プラスチック部材で充たされており、前記多孔体が表面に露出していることを特徴とする生体インプラント。
- 前記プラスチック部材が多孔体の表面に露出しており、前記プラスチック部材の露出表面に多孔質層が形成されて成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体インプラント。
- 前記多孔質層は、小径気孔と大径気孔とを有し、前記小径気孔及び大径気孔の一部は前記多孔質層の表面に開口する開気孔を形成し、前記開気孔は平均開気孔径が5μm以下の小径開気孔と平均開気孔径が10〜200μmの大径開気孔とを有し、前記多孔質層の表面に開口する大径開気孔は、その内壁面に小径気孔及び大径気孔と連通する連通孔が形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の生体インプラント。
- 前記プラスチック部材が、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンにより形成されて成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の生体インプラント。
- 前記多孔体が、リン酸カルシウム化合物により形成されて成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の生体インプラント。
- 前記リン酸カルシウム化合物が、水酸アパタイト又はリン酸三カルシウム又はこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の生体インプラント。
