Description
Claims (22)
- 工業的プロセス制御システム内のプロセスフィールド機器に接続される2線のプロセス制御ループ内で使用され、2線のプロセス制御ループに接続されてプロセスフィールド機器に無線交信を与えるように構成される無線アダプターであって、
2線のプロセス制御ループに直列に接続されるように構成される第1及び第2ループ端子、
第1及び第2ループ端子に接続され、プロセスフィールド機器に無線交信を与えるように構成される無線交信回路、及び
第1及び第2ループ端子に並列に接続され、無線交信回路の電流路が正常な場合に電流を流さず、無線交信回路の電流路に開回路が発生した場合に電流を流し、第1及び第2ループ端子間にループ電流路を与えるように構成されるループ電流バイパス回路、
を含む、無線アダプター。 - ループ電流バイパス回路が分路調整器を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 分路調整器が、電気を通し、開回路に応答してループ電流を通すように構成される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- ループ電流バイパス回路がトランジスタを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記トランジスタが、開回路に応答してループ電流を通すように構成される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 第2トランジスタを含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 電流が無線交信回路を通って流れるときに、トランジスタが導電性ではないようにバイアスをかけられ、かつ、電流が無線交信回路から遮断されるときに、トランジスタが導電性であるようにバイアスをかけられるベースを有する、請求項4に記載の装置。
- フィールド機器に電気的に接続されるように構成される第3接続を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 該第3接続を通してフィールド機器と交信するように構成される交信回路を含む、請求項8に記載の装置。
- トランジスタがPNPトランジスタを含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- トランジスタがダーリントントランジスタを含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- トランジスタがMOSFETを含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- トランジスタがNPNトランジスタを含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- アダプター内の回路に不具合が生じた場合に、フィールド機器に電力を供給するための冗長構成要素を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 2線のプロセス制御ループが4−20mA電流ループを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 2線のプロセス制御ループがHART(登録商標)交信プロトコルに従ってデジタル交信を実施する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 無線アダプターを用いて、2線のプロセス制御ループに接続するプロセスフィールド機器に無線交信を与える方法であって、
無線アダプターの第1及び第2ループ端子を2線のプロセス制御ループに接続することと、
第1及び第2ループ端子を通して、2線のプロセス制御ループから、無線交信回路に電力を供給することと、
2線のプロセス制御ループから受け取る電力で作動する無線交信回路を用いて、プロセスフィールド機器に無線交信を与えることと、
第1及び第2ループ端子にループ電流バイパス回路を並列に接続し、無線交信回路の電流路が正常な場合に電流を流さず、無線交信回路の電流路に開回路が発生した場合に電流を流し、第1及び第2ループ端子間にループ電流路を与えるようにバイパスすることと、
を含む、方法。 - 電気的にバイパスすることが、分路調整器を起動させることを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 電気的にバイパスすることが、トランジスタを起動させることを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 第3接続を通してフィールド機器と交信することを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 2線のプロセス制御ループがHART(登録商標)交信プロトコルに従ってデジタル交信を実施する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 第1及び第2ループ端子のひとつが、直接プロセスフィールド機器に接続する、請求項17に記載の方法で、かつプロセスフィールド機器と交信することに用いるために、交信端子をプロセスフィールド機器に接続することをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
