Description
Claims (2)
- 宝石物質に含まれる内包物を定性分析により同定し、かつ、該内包物の画像を撮像する宝石物質の鑑別方法であって、
前記定性分析用のプローブ光が照射される光軸上に前記宝石物質を設置する設置工程と、
可視光が前記宝石物質を透過するように該可視光を前記光軸に対して側方から前記宝石物質に照射しながら前記宝石物質を顕微観察し、該宝石物質に含まれる前記内包物に前記プローブ光を照射するための光学系、及び、該宝石物質に含まれる前記内包物の顕微観察を行うための光学系を合焦させる合焦工程と、
前記内包物の合焦位置において、該内包物の画像を撮像する撮像工程と、
前記内包物の合焦位置と同じ合焦位置において、該内包物に前記プローブ光を照射し、該内包物によって反射及び/又は散乱された光を計測するとともに、該計測結果に基づいて、前記内包物の種類を同定する同定工程と、
を含む宝石物質の鑑別方法。 - 前記撮像工程及び前記同定工程を、前記合焦位置において連続して実施する、
請求項1記載の宝石物質の鑑別方法。
