Claims (5)
- 第1絶縁基板と、前記第1絶縁基板の上方に配置された画素電極及び対向電極と、を備えた第1基板と、
第2絶縁基板と、前記第2絶縁基板の前記第1基板と向かい合う側において前記第2絶縁基板の基板端部よりも内側で額縁状に形成された額縁部を有する第1遮光層と、前記第2絶縁基板の前記第1基板と向かい合う側に配置され前記第1遮光層から離間し前記第2絶縁基板の基板端部まで延在した第2遮光層と、を備えた第2基板と、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に保持された液晶層と、
前記第1遮光層と前記第2遮光層との間を遮光する第3遮光層と、
前記第2絶縁基板の前記第1基板と向かい合う側とは反対側の表面に配置され前記基板端部まで延在した光透過性を有する導電性のシールド部材と、
を備えたことを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1基板は、さらに、前記シールド部材と電気的に接続されるシールド配線を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- さらに、前記シールド配線と電気的に接続されたフレキシブル配線基板を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記シールド部材は、ITOまたは導電性糊によって形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の液晶表示装置。
- さらに、前記シールド部材の上に配置された偏光板を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の液晶表示装置。
