Claims (2)
- ブレーキペダル(12)の操作によってブレーキ液圧を発生するマスタシリンダ(11)と、
前記ブレーキペダル(12)の操作に反力を付与するストロークシミュレータ(35)と、
車輪を制動するホイールシリンダ(26,27,30,31)と、
前記マスタシリンダ(11)および前記ホイールシリンダ(26,27,30,31)を接続する液路を遮断可能なマスタカットバルブ(32,33)と、
前記マスタカットバルブ(32,33)および前記ホイールシリンダ(26,27,30,31)間に配置されて前記ブレーキペダル(12)の操作に応じたブレーキ液圧を発生する液圧発生手段(42)と、
前記ブレーキペダル(12)が操作されたときに前記ストロークシミュレータ(35)を作動可能にした状態で前記マスタカットバルブ(32,33)を閉弁して前記液圧発生手段(42)を作動させる制御手段(72)とを備え、
前記制御手段(72)は、該制御手段(72)が電源(71)から一時的に遮断された場合でも前記マスタカットバルブ(32,33)および前記液圧発生手段(42)の制御が可能である車両用ブレーキ装置であって、
前記制御手段(72)は、該制御手段(72)に印加される前記電源(71)の電圧を監視する第1監視手段(M1)と、前記制御手段(72)と該制御手段(72)とは独立に設けられた他の車両用制御手段(73,74,75)との間の通信の状態を監視する第2監視手段(M2)とを備え、
前記制御手段(72)は、前記第1監視手段(M1)が前記電圧から前記電源(71)の遮断を検出し、かつ前記第2監視手段(M2)が前記通信の途絶を検出したときに、前記マスタカットバルブ(32,33)および前記液圧発生手段(42)の制御を停止することを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ装置。 - 前記制御手段(72)は、前記第2監視手段(M2)が所定時間に亙って前記通信の途絶を検出したときに、前記マスタカットバルブ(32,33)および前記液圧発生手段(42)の制御を停止することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用ブレーキ装置。
