Claims (2)
- セラミックスからなる基体中に発熱体が埋設されてなるセラミックヒータにおいて、前記発熱体は、前記基体の表面側に向いた表面の最高発熱部に前記セラミックスが入り込んだ窪みを有することを特徴とするセラミックヒータ。
- 前記発熱体は、複数の前記窪みを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミックヒータ。
